They were a size too small for my child, so I ordered my own size. It would have been easier to order a full size larger if I hadn't returned them. The items have been returned. Taking into account that my review is from 4/18/2021, you can see the sizing issue. In the 2 years since I wrote my review, this firm has since reached out to me MANY times in an attempt to resolve my issues. It is a pleasure to work with the customer service. There are a lot of sizes in this product, but this company will do what it takes to solve the problem. There's still a chance next year's pair will be a good fit, so it's not a major.
Although I had no idea what the brand was, I bought them because they were the only brand with a wide width option. My boyfriend usually has to settle for adidas, since they are wider than most. I've always had to size up a size to make sure they were wide enough. Even though I went up a half size, I think I'm still going to be fine. Nevertheless, the width is substantially better than when I go up a full size on other items.
