This pair is true to size. I ordered a 13 for my daughter who usually wears a 13 in regular shows. I bought these small dance shoes for my child, but I am still able to comfortably fit her in them.
The measurement was not taken by me. It turned out that she usually wears a 9/10 in her shoes, but ended up needing a 12.
There is a little bit more than 20cm in it, but you can use it and it lasts for a bit longer.
It would be best if you bought at least a size 1, if not a size 2.

The fit of everything is very important to her. She found that the more rigid backs of even other Lindoes made them uncomfortable for her. I am 6 months old. These shoes are probably not of the same quality as those for $45 either. Yet they seem of quality that will likely last a little beyond four years, as they fit and look great, and feel comfortable. Before she can move up a size, she needs 6 months of dance.
