Questions & Answers

How can I find a size in these shoes for my 5 year old who wears a size 12 street shoe?

In my opinion, a 13 is appropriate. It fits my daughter who wears a 12 and I got her a 13W so she has room to grow and she doesn't have to worry about them flopping up and down when she wears However, she will need to wear socks for the time being. It was my pleasure to help.

What is the difference between N, M, and W sizes?

It is not clear what a N and a M stand for, but I do know that W equals wide, which is why I ordered a W size.

Would my daughter, who is 7 years old and wears a 5, wear a 4 or a 5 in tap shoes?

If I had to choose, I would get a 5 1/2 or a

I ordered a street shoe 4 but the width was very narrow (I ordered a I am extremely Bloch is a company that I have used in the past for my own needs

It is true that their taps are of good quality, but they run SMALL and very narrow. In her 4 street shoe, my daughter wears a 5 and I ordered her the 4. There is no way her foot can fit in them, as they are so tiny and narrow. The Leo's in that pair are 2 sizes larger than the Bloch size 5, which was cheaper at the Childrens consignment and I bought them for $16. I am using size 5 Leo's and Bloch 5 in this comparison. As a result, I have to return them and I will not be reordering, mostly because I suspect they will still be narrow even if I order up. The 5m was not narrow so I ordered it as well. In the past, I never encountered a problem with her shoes being too narrow. An awful lot of b0m. A real bummer. From now on, we will be tapping in shoes of low quality. The photos can be seen here. A level box is the one with black Leos. It is D43zr51.

To ensure success, follow reviews when it comes to sizing
5/5

It worked for me when I followed the size recommendation from other reviewers! A little over four years old A year ago A week from now, our daughter begins the first dance class of her life. I bought clothes for her without ever having tried them on. Her street shoe size just went up to 9 (Carter's/OshKosh), but she is still able to wear her size 8 athletic shoes. So I got the Bloch Tyette size 10 tap shoes since I had 5 New Balance sneakers. She fits in standard width shoes for the most part (except all stars), so I bought them in WIDE given that her sneakers are wide. wider tap shoes were a must for her, and I was glad that I got them in wide to be on the safe side. The size is a bit too big in the overall sense, but just enough to accommodate growth through the rest of the dance season, but they are comfortable now. No matter if you're wearing socks or not, they work great. It would probably be prudent to put her in the "no-show" socks as recommended by another reviewer to prevent rubbing between her ballet tights and her tap shoes. Your reviews on Amazon are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your excellent product
5/5

I ordered a size 10 for my daughter after reading reviews that dance shoes tend to run large (she wears a size 8 or 9 for street shoes at the moment). There is some room in these, but she'll be able to wear them comfortably, so I'm hoping they'll last her the entire I have no complaints about the quality. It's nice that they have an elastic band and snap closure so she can put them on and take them In the meantime, she wears them around the house while waiting for dance class to start.

This Bloch tap is beautiful and high quality
5/5

Let's begin with one You need to go up five sizes. These are both gifts I bought for my daughters. The first day was awesome! I would recommend going up 5 sizes My favorite feature is the heel transition pillow in the back of the shoe. I also like the elastic snap you can snap in the shoe. Neither of them has to worry about being constrained in their growth. In the first, you have about a half-size worth, but in the other one, it seems like it's a lot bigger. It might have been better to get the narrower size since she has a narrow foot. We bought a M width since that's what she always wears, but perhaps a narrow shoe would have been better. That is something to keep in mind. My assumption is that if she is wearing socks, there is no problem.

A SMALL & NARROW runner! I am amazed by how narrow and small these taps are! My daughter is 3 years old and I bought a size 7M
3/5

It was still a size 6 for her at that time. A size 5 street shoe could be worn with thick socks and a size 7 with street shoes. In this case, despite the "true to size" statement in the product description (and multiple responses in the Q&A section), I made the error of making my choice. My daughter is 7M so I purchased the size 7M so I could adjust with her growth. There is no way for her foot to get into In fact, the Bloch size chart says my daughter would require an 8 according to it. The street shoe size is 5, which has nothing to do with street shoe sizes! It's certain that these taps would be excellent if they were installed A clever ribbon closure and snap together seals the deal, and it is of good quality. Don't forget to double check the dimensions before finalizing your purchase! The shoe size on the street may not be accurate!.

It's worth the effort to get a snap buckle! Check out the other reviews of the sizing up program
5/5

The shoe size is 8 and they are suitable for my 3 yr old who wears them. There will be 5 shows. I got a 9 out of 10. There is room for 5 so that it can grow. A wide was needed as the snap was uncomfortable on the 9. She has an average width foot, but the wide ended up being more comfortable. The 5M domain. The no-show socks helped with the shoe being a little larger until she could expand into them. My favorite part of the shoe is the snap buckle. You can switch from something to something else without switching from tap to tap. For now, the bow has been removed and the recital will use it.

I was pleased with the quality and fit of the item
5/5

Two of my daughters (3 and 4 years old) wear size 9 and 10 on regular shoes for toddlers. They fit well on both of them in size 10 wide. The children wore their tap dance shoes during class this week and said the footwear was Having made the purchase, we are pleased. We found these shoes to fit as expected. They are of excellent quality and they look very nice. My family is purchasing tap shoes for the first time, so I do not have anything else to compare them with, but I do think they are durable.

This is a fantastic tap shoe
5/5

For my daughter who is 4 years old and taking tap for the second time, I purchased these shoes. I found them to be a little nicer than the shoes at Payless and they are about the same price. For reference, the last time I measured my daughter's feet, one was a size 9 and the other was a size They are in a size 11, so they should last for a year at least. These shoes are a little big, but my daughter can dance in them and I have not had any blisters or toes break off, etc. I really like that there is an elastic strap under the bow that snaps closed and she can put them on and take them There is no bow on these shoes. I took it off because the transition from ballet to tap shoes caused my class to be slow and I will only wear them during the recital, etc. This is a nice shoe at a good price. I'd definitely buy them.
