Now that we're on vacation, we're putting it to good use. It is impossible for me to quantify. The elastic doesn't bother him, and the rest of the hat still fits baggy and stretches far enough for anyone to get on. Baby is now 11 months old, and it fits perfectly. It's made of spandex, as the name implies. I believe I had placed an order for a medium.
I have no idea, but I think this is a good idea. While we were in the ocean, I put it on myself so it wouldn't get swept away from baby's head. I had completely forgotten that I was wearing it. So soft and stretchy.
It's not as stiff as a traditional baseball cap; it has some give (similar to foam), but it's not floppy, and the brim stays out even when wet. The hat is quite nice. I have one for my 7-month-old and am hoping to get one for my four-year-old.
My 2-year-old is a size 12 and I bought a large for her. a year and a half

Toddler hat of the highest quality! Our two-year-old daughter is This was worn all spring in Florida by my 12-year-old son, who doesn't even like to wear hats! It was his go-to outfit for theme parks, beaches, and pool parties! It's soft and stretchy, dries quickly, and is incredibly convenient to transport! This is a great gift idea for both boys and girls. Our two-year-old was able to wear the large size. old well, and I believe he will continue to wear it throughout the summer!.
There will be no sunburning! It protects everything it touches, especially when the hair on a baby or toddler's head is fine and the scalp is sensitive. It's simple to wash and dry in the machine. My kids get dirty and rough with their hats, but they never snag, rip, or stink. They are worn by my children both in and out of the water. These hats are fantastic! It's much easier, faster, and more dependable than sunscreen, and it requires far less fuss and squirming. Furthermore, the bright colors make it easy for me to identify my children on the playground. Even in strong winds, the hats never fall off. Put them in a diaper bag and you'll never have to worry about wrinkles or the brim folding. The design is timeless, unisex, and functional.
I'm not sure how long I've been buying Flap Happy hats for my "Grands," but it's been a long time, and it's the only brand I can trust to be suitable for them. The hats come in a variety of sizes to fit babies all the way up to my Munchkins, who are 6 and 9 years old. The hats are very comfortable with the sewn in elastic bands, staying on the head even when it is windy or when swimming under water, protecting the face, neck, and ears from the sun's burning rays, and are quite comfortable with the very flexible, yet subtly sturdy brim/visor - The latter is the part that my Grandparents enjoy the most! In fact, they both claim that wearing a hat from a top sun protection brand makes them look "dorky!" because the visor is HARD. " Flap Happy Swim Hats are highly recommended by my Grandchildren and I.
It's not going anywhere! Best hat! It isn't attempted to be removed by the child. Without the use of a chin strap, the hat remains in place. Provides shade as well as protection for the ears and neck. When baby wears it in a car seat or stroller, unlike a boat hat or sun hat, it does not spin around. My mother purchased a red one for us, and when it became too tight, we purchased a blue one in the next size up. I would strongly suggest it.
This is such a cute hat! It is well-fitting and super soft and comfortable on the baby's head, as well as providing excellent sun protection. The bill isn't prescriptive; instead, it's flexible. If the baby's head is pressed against it, it will compress, but once the pressure is released, it will return to its original shape. We've mostly used it when he's been wrapped up in a blanket. We've really enjoyed the fact that it can be worn in a sling style carrier, snuggled up against a chest.
This is my third purchase of a flap happy hat for my child. I just bought a large for my average-sized two-year-old, who still has plenty of room to grow into it. I appreciate how quickly the material dries. It's good that she doesn't mind wearing the hat. The fact that it protects her ears, back of neck, and face is the main reason I continue to purchase this hat in larger sizes.
This is a hat I bought for my almost three-month-old daughter to wear at our lake camp. It's a perfect fit for her, and there's plenty of room for her to grow into it. She never pulls on the hat while it's on her head, and she pulls off everything else we put on her head. I like the back panel because it keeps the hat on her head and keeps the wind out of her ears. I intend to buy several more in various colors. This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.
These were purchased for my young granddaughters to use this summer at the lake. They're adorable and will protect them from the sun. I'm updating this product because my two youngest granddaughters, ages 1 and 2, loved them. In the sun, they enjoyed wearing these hats. They're light and easy to wear. And they could see it because of the small bill on the front. They were also well received by the mothers. They're easy to pack in a bag, don't wrinkle, and always look cute. The hats shield their ears and necks from the sun, which are difficult to shield with sunscreen. They were worn by the girls, who did not pull them off their heads like small children do.
