I like the look of this shield, but there are a few things that need improvement

I like the paint and graphics on this shield, but I would be afraid to scratch it or take a direct hit on it. For the same reason, I would not want to take a direct hit on it either. The one thing that I did not like that I thought it was rather awkward is the way the handle faces. It isn't up and down, but left to right. This makes it awkward to manipulate and hold in any direction other than up and It is probably historically accurate in the way the handle is set up, however I think it is an unusual way of doing it. As I am 5'11" tall, the shield covers my shoulders top to ankles and approximately 75% of my entire For someone taller than me, it seems perfect, but for somebody like myself, it might seem too small. Overall I would say that for the price it is a good shield that is both functional and can also be used as a decorative piece on a wall.

The reseller told me the order would arrive in the time promised. I was very pleased with the packing, and I'm very impressed with how it looks. This is a nice weighty ring. The Hook I got from Lowe's is a Gorilla Hook. There's no need for a screw driver, because it can pass right through dry wall, and it can hold up to 50 pounds, and it weighs just over 3 pounds. Next, you'll get a piece of bendable steel, like the holders on old iron coat hangers, except it's more pliable, and it'll be in the same isle with All you need to do is cut off a length of that material, wrap both ends around each handle, and hang it. Good shield for the money

This shield was shipped from India and is a great shield for the price. A double walled steel construction appears to be involved. The shield was not well wrapped, and the corner of it was bent and a fair amount of paint was My fingers were able to bend it back in place without creases, so no big deal.

I am very happy with the outcome. As described, the item is in good condition. "BUT" . You will need to wrap the handle if you plan on using it for LARP. The handle is uncomfortable, so you should.
