The jacket is very thick and warm. I love the color and pattern of this t-shirt. In honor of wearing fleece or red day at my son's school, I bought this item. it is too thick for my son to wear it inside the school he is going to be sweaty. But he can wear it outside without worry. In spite of the fact that the outside material might catch leaves or wood chips, the inner material is so soft! There should be a similar jacket for women as well. I'd like to wear it. This fit a little large for my tiny 6 year old, who is skinny and small. This is the order I placed for.
They would make good sweaters for a brisk walk to the grocery store or simply for wearing around the house. They're a big hit with my boys. are a double layer, they block wind and the zipper makes it easy to get them on and off in the car once you are no longer wearing them.

I was a bit disappointed that the fleece is not soft, cozy, and comfortable. In light of our return, I bought a black "girl" one for my son instead, hopefully he will feel comfortable in it.
I find this sweater to be very poorly made. I'm not a fan of the clothing as it is very rough and the material shows a lot of plastic after just one wash. As soon as he wore it for the first time, my sensory-sensitive son refused to wear it, and it is such an awful piece of clothing that I don't want to donate it. The only thing I would like to do is return, but since I cannot, it will sit until I can find another.

Before washing, this was quite scratchy, but it's so much softer after it's gone through the washing machine and dryer.
