This jacket fits true to size. It would be wise to go one size larger than a man's shirt size so that the jacket will not be too tight if a man wears a sweater or thicker long-sleeve shirt underneath.
There is no need for that. Aside from that, the torso length is a bit short- The size 8 pants I bought for my son were too small. I had to exchange them for a 10/12. In other words, it's a nice coat to keep warm!
The jacket is of a heavy weight.

It seems to be a nice, warm coat for most of the time. Although it was supposed to fit my 12 year old average height, she was quite skinny. In general, it has a 14-point scale I think 16 is a good size for a young plant with lots of growth As a result, the hood is very short in front and there is no room for growth. He barely gets to wear it all the way up to his eyes. There's also a noticeable difference in the angle of one sleeve. It was a big surprise to us! I will have to find another one until I have a chance to find one suitable to wear.
I believe, but. The program runs small, in my opinion. It is a 14/16, so I am hoping my 10 yo will be able to wear it again in the fall. It fit just enough under his sweatshirt for him to wear with a t-shirt underneath. Not even the arms were too long for him. I'll likely have to go shopping again for another jacket next Spring, but it might be good for him next Spring as well. Moreover, it is not that the fleece lining continues throughout the jacket, but ends at the chest area, and I'm not sure it continues in the sleeves as well. Those who wish to remove the hood can do so.
He can grow into it and it looks great! I bought a size bigger so he can wear it for a long time. As for cold weather, I was concerned it might not be hot enough, but it's perfect for NJ's chilly winters. On those extra windy, cold days, the hood can also be velcroed tight to stay in place when the coat is zipped on. I love that you can unzip the hood and remove it. I highly recommend this purchase!.
The colors are nice, and the thickness is acceptable as well. I've had problems with this coat running too small for my 10yr old grandson. He's a bit tall but thin so it was a bit tight. As a result, it was too short and too narrow for me in a 10/12. In order to order my next size, I had to order a 14/16 since they do not have a 12/14. It's going to be a bit big now, but he can put a sweater underneath at least for now.
Insufficient size. I love the color and quality of the coat! The skinny 5 year old wears a size 5/6, but I got him a size 7 instead. I found the suit to be the perfect fit for me. So he could wear it this year and next year, I ordered a few extras. Was forced to return the item.
There is nothing better than a well-made coat like this one. This shirt fits my grandson well and I am delighted with its quality. With Velcro tabs on the sleeves, the sleeves can be tightened. The zipper is wide, so cold air will not enter the jacket. Excellent coat for the cold weather!.
Our trip to Chicago will be made much more enjoyable with this hotel. The but is. The box did not have a label on the inside where his name could be written. It is clear from the photos that there would be a label on this exact jacket. I have no shot of it, as you can see from my photos. He is a student at my elementary school, where I am an elementary school teacher. Just in case an item ends up at the lost and found, I know how important it is to label it with your kid's name. It is not appropriate for the company to promote that label if it is not.
As a result of reading the low-grade report, I was a little concerned. There were a lot of reviews that complained about build quality, but we have not had any problems with ours. I bought the Real Green Camo model (the camo version with Hunter Orange safety stripes) back in October, and our son has been using it almost daily since. It was tossed on the ground frequently at his school when he gets too hot running around the playground and the seams are still like new. I wonder how it was styled when it belongs to an active 6yo boy. The way in which this has held up in spite of the abuse our son offers is very pleasing to me.
