Amazon Essentials Boys and Toddlers' Polar Fleece Vest

This was purchased as part of my son's Ash Ketchum Halloween costume. To achieve the desired effect, I sewed on some yellow strips, and voila! It's soft and comfortable, fits perfectly, and so far has held up well.

with the exception of the vexing tag These vests are fantastic! My kids love them because they're great for layering. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it has a large tag on the inside of the back of the neck (where you can write your child's name). The tag is sewn into the vest in such a way that it leaves a jagged edge that is extremely uncomfortable! I removed the tag with a seam ripper, which took only a few minutes and did not damage the fabric. But, after some product testing, I'm not sure why that tag wouldn't be removed. However, I still bought each of my children a new vest; I don't mind removing the tag because it was still worth it to me.

Note: I'm a slim adult male who stands at 5' 3". It's a good weight for layering under a heavier jacket or as a top layer in the summer. Mine was too small in the torso to work as an overlayer unless you went up a size. The armholes are also quite small, but they are trimmed with elastic. The pockets are large (non-stretchable). zip closure). Overall, I'm pleased with the quality (YKK zipper), especially for the price; the grey color is attractive, and I like the blue collar trim. br>I haven't done any laundry yet, so I can't comment on that.

It was the perfect fit for him, with just enough room for him to be a little loose without looking slouchy or baggy. I can't get over how bright and vibrant this vest is, with a royal blue zipper and trim. I bought him the same blue top with a mock turtle neck and thick fabric, which is similar to thermal but nicer, in my opinion. Anyway, this vest is lovely and warm, and he looked very sharp and cool when he wore it with the blue top and black chinos. I must comment on how well the vest was constructed, as it was of excellent quality. The zipper was well-placed and easy to open and close, and the stitching was neat and even. strong. The royal blue trim was beautifully edged around the bright red fleece, resulting in a very attractive garment. Amazon Essentials is a well-oiled machine that rarely disappoints! It arrived quickly thanks to Amazon's Prime service.

These vests are ideal for a young child who is constantly on the move. I bought a few to send to daycare with my two-year-old son. They're light and airy, and they keep you warm just enough. The fit is a little snug, which is ideal for those chilly fall and spring days that start out cold but warm up significantly later. I wear a puffer jacket over it if it's below 50 degrees outside.

I'm 5'8" and 136 lbs, and the XXL fits perfectly, and it's a lot less expensive than adult vests. I also bought some for my two-year-old daughter, who absolutely adores them! Yes SHE! I'm not sure why these are labeled "boys," because they look great on both toddlers and adults.

This isn't quite what I was hoping for. I had high hopes for this item because all of my previous purchases from this brand had exceeded my expectations. The material is thicker than what you'd find outside, and the sizes are true to size; I ordered an XS and an M, and they both fit my two boys perfectly. I expected the XS to be a little larger, but it fit perfectly. This is something I bought for the boys to keep at school in case they need an extra layer when it gets cold.
