The 4 year old we bought the size 5 for was able to grow into it since he was able to wear it for a little while. velcro in this cape is strong and I think it will last, even with a rough boy like my son. He loves wearing it at a costume party. Also, the outfit is stylish enough to wear to a party.

The swimwear is not for swimming

As far as I know, this costume is meant to be worn Neither the shorts included with the top are swimwear. Instead, they are very basic basketball shorts. In spite of this, we will keep the outfit, as our child was so excited when we received.

On my part My only complaint is that the velcro on the cape does not work well with the shirt's material and tends to get caught in the washing machine.

I have a 5 year old son who wears a size 7. He's pretty tall and wears a size 7. Having tried on the size 7, I would say it fits closer to a size The Velcro point on his shoulder hooking the cape to him is super itchy, and the cape is just too short on him. We will have to mail it back before our trip to Disney next week P.

I found the Velcro implementation to be unsatisfactory. Served it to my son and he absolutely I expected it to fit well. I was not too impressed with the quality. There is a problem with Velcro implementation in my opinion. It took them a few minutes to sow the hooks in the shirt and the loops in The shirt should have become the cape as opposed to the other way around, so that you would not stick to furniture, coats, etc. when wearing the shirt without the cape.

I purchased this outfit for my two sons, and they both love it. It's great that it can be easily taken off in case they don't want to wear it. They really love the cape in the back as well.

I hate the fabric because it's too hot. Due to the fact that we live in south Florida, this is a no-no In addition, it is too thin, so I know that even a single wash will ruin it. You'll be getting this back from me.
