It depends on the structure of your child, a 6-year-old for example. 6X means there are more big boys.br>A true 6 means there are more little boys. br>Columbia runs true to size for the most part, but some styles do run small. br>I hope this information is useful!
In extremely heavy rain, it is unlikely to keep the child dry. Although it is ideal for a light shower, the material is quite thin.
no.. The zipper is all the way up, so it's just pulled tight. There is no drawstring on this garment. If your child doesn't like it zipped all the way up, you can unzip it. It's possible that the hood will fall down. The jacket had a nice look to it. That feature was simply unappealing to me.

It's a good fit and it's very light. My son is 45 pounds and 44 inches tall, so the XSmall should last him at least two, if not three, years. I've attached the size chart from the tag. You're welcome to use my services, but please keep your children out of the house!.
The jacket is lightweight and well-made, as evidenced by the size chart below. My son will love it. I wanted him to have enough room to grow, but I ordered too big, so I'll have to return it. To save you time, here is a size chart.

It was the ideal layer for him to wear alone with a tee on 60-degree days and over his Nano on colder days. It's extremely light, making it easy to stuff into a backpack or tie around the waist, and it's of high quality. It was never used in a downpour, but it did help to drain the water from Zion's falls!.

I was unsure about sizing when I placed my order, which is why I'm writing this review. "Big Boys" was ordered. Small". Our six-year-old is approximately 48 inches tall. Size 6 is worn by a 47 pound woman. The jacket is a little baggy, but it will fit for another season (which is fine by me). I am pleased with my purchase.

I needed something waterproof for my son to wear in the light rain we've been having here in California. All of the options appear to be sourced from unidentified Chinese factories, so you never know what you'll get. I chose this Columbia rain slicker because it is a well-known, high-priced brand, and I assumed I was getting a good deal when I saw it. It was the thinnest piece of material you had ever seen when it arrived. No more than $9 should be charged. I paid $99 and feel like I was duped; there is so much wrong with this brand that I will never order from them again.
