My two-year-old is frustrated by the size of these mittens, and as a result, he makes it difficult for me to put them on. The mitten's thumb is so large that it could fit my adult thumb in it, and my fisted hand slides right in and out of it, so the mitten doesn't stay on my son's hand as it should. My child is not small, and his hands are on the larger side. He is nearly in the 100th percentile for his age, which means he is about the size of a 2. I am fifty years old. Check other products for proper sizing before purchasing these mittens.
runs on a small scale. For a two-year-old, this is ideal. My daughter was four years old at the time, and it was too small for her. However, the product is of high quality.
I'm surprised they're sized this way, but they're quite large.
For a mitten hand, the thumb is extremely long.
No need for snow gloves for my 5-year-old's hands on cold days in the car or while playing outside.
When it's too cold outside, I can easily slip something on my toddler's hands.
Although these gloves appear to be warm, the design is poor. As you can see in the photos, this is the case. The thumb joins the fingers at the tips. Nobody I know has a thumb that touches their middle finger outstretched. My son's thumb only covers about a third of the glove's thumb.
