It would be nice if I had such an item with my children. I got these for my niece who refuses to take a pacifier, play with teething toys, etc. and is having trouble with Despite her best efforts, she can never calm herself down. It will be easier for us to pick up and find something now that she has something to throw down and not have to pick it up continually. The rings soothe her and she finds comfort in them! I think these are great. Every bib came with a teething ring that could be removed. The bibs are soft, absorbent, and come in different colors. It is also easy to replace the teething ring with a favorite binky. Since we have twins, these are in great use, and getting a lot of use! I highly recommend this book. My baby spits a lot, so bibs are a necessity in our home! This is one of our favorites! Despite her disapproval of the teether, she loves it.
