I purchased these burp cloths because I was looking for some large burp cloths and was delighted to find this listing. It shrank to 12x14 after being received and washed in cold water. It's also quite thin, and it flattens out when you use it. I have several other muslin burp cloths, and this is by far the worst. This purchase has left me completely dissatisfied.

Instead, save the money and buy some Comfy Cubs. Yes, these are burp cloths, but they pale in comparison to the soft muslin burp cloths from Comfortable Cubs. I wanted to buy cheaper ones, but they're less expensive for a reason, so I won't be buying these again. For the same amount of absorbency as one comfy cubs muslin burp cloth, you'll need two or three of these. After they've been washed, they're also smaller, and any spit-up is gone. It will be completely soaked up. This order did not meet my expectations. Spend a little more money and get the real comfy cubs muslin burp cloths, Mom's advice - They are, without a doubt, superior.

These are extremely thin and are only useful for wiping drool. They are very soft, but they need to have a few more layers to be used as a burp cloth. They're almost visible. With their thickness, they're as useless as burp cloths. In addition, they shrank a lot in the wash. I would have returned it if I hadn't washed it first before using it.

They're also extremely flimsy and of poor quality. Make sure you don't throw your money away. br>br>Edited on the 5th of August: In response to my review, the seller promptly contacted me. They were pleasant to deal with and offered a refund as well as replacement of the defective items, which I accepted. When I receive my replacement items, I will update my review. br>br>Edited on August 24th: Because the replacement burp cloths are of higher quality, I gave them an extra star.

The burp cloths were not as large or thick as described, which disappointed me. I first got this exact set from my registry, and then I went back to get more. This second set is much thinner than the first, and they shrank to nearly half their original size after being washed in cold water. br>br>Edit: Customer service contacted me and informed me that they were investigating the quality of their product further. When a company tries to fix a flaw in their product, it is greatly appreciated!.

I've been using these as burp cloths and washcloths with my newborn for the past few weeks and they're great, especially for the price; if you prefer simple solutions without the frills and monograms and cutesy patterns, these are for you.

I've already made another purchase. These are fantastic! I'd never used muslin burp cloths before, so this was a new experience for me. I usually use a soft, thick cloth. These are far superior to what I had anticipated. They're not svelte, but they're not svelte either. absorb- anything that is extremely thin Because it's flexible, I can tuck it into my nursing bra and use it to catch any leakage while breastfeeding. They've been used to clean up milk and spit up, and they've never overflowed or had anything piled on top of them. I had only ordered the white ones for my now 4-week-old (4 weeks of washing) - I just received the blue and green in the mail today, and there appears to be a half to 3/4 inch shrinkage. However, it wasn't noticeable until I compared the white to the new colors. Aside from that, they're quite big.
