They're very thick and absorbent! Excellent workmanship! These bibs are my absolute favorites, and this is our fourth baby:

flexible. The "Fiber Filling for Extra Absorbency" material, on the other hand, is far too absorbent. Drool from my teething baby seeps through the bib and soaks his clothes. His previous bibs, which were in the same price range, had waterproof material built into the fabric, so that never happened. Very let down.
The softness of the bibs, as well as the cloth patterns and letters, initially drew us in. However, where the Velcro is stitched on the back of the baby's neck, we discovered cuts. When we put it on, we took extra care to completely cover it, but the baby moves and the overlap may shift over time, exposing the Velcro. When the baby lays down or rests against the back, the Velcro has sharp edges and is very rigid, which causes it to cut into the skin. It's a potentially fatal flaw in the design.
I had high hopes for these, but they're just not good enough. I have four small children and have always used name-brand bibs, but my 7-month-old son drools so much that we go through five of them every day. I'm used to wearing 6 bibs a day and wanted to try these out. His clothes are constantly soaked due to the "absorbent" material's rapid absorption. Other bibs have a waterproof lining that prevents this, but since this one says Absorbent, I expected it to be thicker. The Velcro is rough on the back of his neck and irritates his skin all the time. Another major issue is that there are little pile balls all over it after a few washes (we did three in a front loader by themselves). I was concerned that something might have been mixed in with the load, but all I found were these bibs. br>br>I would not recommend or buy these again, even if the price was lower; they are now useless after only a few weeks.
I bought them on sale, and I would not have kept them if they had been full price. The dye bleeds through the bibs for Valentine's Day and Christmas, as well as Mother's Day. I read this in another review and decided to hand wash instead of machine washing so I could see if the dye ran or not when washing each bib individually. The maroon and two red ones were the only ones that bothered me. There was no problem with any of the other bibs, and the Valentine's Day bib still has some red (now pinkish) on it. Bibs for the holidays On the Mother's Day bib, there are only a few small amounts. There was also extra fabric on one of the bibs, such as a piece of extra fabric underneath the embroidery. Also, the New Year's bib is about an inch off center. I also find it strange that there is a Hannukah Bib, given that most people who celebrate Christmas and Easter do not also celebrate Hannukah. Having said that, there are a number of bibs that appear to be very attractive. On a baby, it'll be adorable. Overall, I think it was a good buy because it was on sale.
They arrived ahead of schedule. There aren't any plain ones that are bland. I adore all of them. I'll be using them for feeding, and I like how they're not too small. A+++.
It's so adorable. Exactly as stated in the description There is no waterproof lining on this item; terry cloth is all that is required.
As soon as this one arrived and I saw how nice they were, I ordered another set for a second friend!.
I don't mind that there's no waterproof lining because I'll change the bib as soon as it gets wet. My issue is with the Velcro's sturdiness. Approximately 15 minutes later, I make sure all Celcro is attached when I put them in the laundry, but by the time they come out, they're mostly detached. After 20 washes, the Velcro is so weak that even my little one can pull the big off without much effort; I make sure all Celcro is attached when I put them in the laundry, but by the time they come out, they're mostly detached. Yes, they're inexpensive, but if you plan on using them for more than a few months, you should invest in something more durable. My Carters bibs, too, have lasted two babies. No way with these.
