Questions & Answers

It appears that mold has grown rapidly on all of my bibs in this manner. How do I?

Bumkins waterproof bibs should be washed in a dilute bleach solution or left in direct sunlight for a few hours to keep them in good condition. They should not be left damp for long periods of time and can be dried in the dryer to remove any remaining dampness.

The velcro on the bib gives off a mildewy odor. What can I do to get rid of it and prevent it from happening again?

Bumpkins recommends immediately washing with a dilute bleach solution to eliminate odors. Allowing the bibs to absorb too much moisture is not a good idea. To get them completely dry, you may need to put them in the dryer.
