Yes, I think you could tye-dye-dye-dye-dye-dy these should be dyed They are absorbent and made of a soft muslin material similar to that used in muslin swaddling blankets.
To be honest, I didn't even bother to read the instructions. However, I wash and dry them in a standard washing machine. And there haven't been any issues for me.
I purchased two packs and have been using them for the past four months. There has never been a strange odor in their house.

watercolor, ink, and gouache are some examples of water-based media. I needed something that was large enough to hold a lot of liquid and could be used and washed frequently. I came across these after looking at similar painting supplies that were two to three times the price (eeek). I decided to order them because I liked the way they looked. br>br>What an excellent choice! These cloths are precisely the right size for my requirements. They're about the same length as a dish towel, but slightly narrower (a great fit for going over your shoulder, in my opinion). They have six absorbent layers, are soft to the touch, and have a bias all the way around the edges to keep liquids from running off the fabric while also holding them together. It's amazing how well they absorb liquids. For example, while painting a watercolor illustration yesterday, I used one for about six hours. Despite wiping off several wet brushes several times, the cloth absorbed all of the moisture and never dripped or leaked onto my illustration table. The cloth was damp but not wet by the time I finished the session. After cleaning my brushes and palette, I washed it by hand and hung it to dry. It took just over an hour to dry completely. Fantastic! br>br>While these cloths would make excellent burp cloths (much better than the ones I used when my kids were younger), they are actually quite versatile, as evidenced by my use! I'm glad to have them in my studio, and if they're still available on Amazon, I'll buy them again. In fact, I think I'd rather use these to dry glasses and cups than the kitchen towels we have because they dry faster and don't leave any lint! Oh, there are even more possibilities! Yes. They come highly recommended from me! br>br>** If you found this review useful, please mark it as such so that I know and so that other buyers can benefit. Thanks!.
I own every burp cloth that Target and Walmart sell in their stores, but none of them compare to these. They're a lot bigger than the other ones I've seen in the store! I don't have to worry about my daughter moving her head while burping, missing, or getting spit up all over me. They're soft and absorbent, and I've washed them a few times and they haven't shrunk. You must be cautious with them, as well as the contents of the laundry. I washed some of them in her Halo sleep sack, and the Velcro got stuck on one of them, ripping the fabric when I tried to remove it. I wish I had bought more of these instead of the cute ones, but I didn't realize they were available until after I had my daughter.
I just purchased a bunch more (for July 2021), and they are so disappointing! The cloths should be 20" x 10" at the most. It's only 16 degrees, as you can see from my photo. 5"! And you should know that if you wash it, it will shrink even more! I despise con artists! The cloths are SUPER thin and actually a little off white, making them look soooo dirty. The bag I have says AllSettBaby, and the cloths are SUPER thin and actually a little off white, making the cloths look soooo dirty. Ugh! It's time to go back to the drawing board in search of better burp cloths. Getting on my nerves!.
I was addicted to buying tons of pretty, trendy burp cloths from high-end brands like copper pearl and little unicorn as a first-time mom. Aden and Anais snap bibs are a dime a dozen in my closet. And none of them are ever used because these muslin cloths are all you need. They double as burp cloths and bibs. When I bring out a different burp cloth, my husband says, "Go get one of the good ones. " He never encourages me to spend money; I spend enough already, but he has asked me to buy more of these (twice!). They're super absorbent, don't bunch up like other cloths, are incredibly soft, and wash up beautifully. They will shrink the first time you wash them, but so will any other muslin product. These are now my go-to gifts for any new mother.
These are EXACTLY what I've been searching for. They do shrink a little, but given how big they are when they arrive, I didn't mind. They're still some of my biggest burp cloths, made of a lovely, thick muslin. I'm not sure how absorbent they'll be (we're still a few weeks away from our baby's due date), but for the thickness, I'm sure they'll suffice. Highly recommended for only $15!.
I bought a few different brands, and this was the thinnest and cheapest of them all; it's basically falling apart, with thread bits all over the place. 6 layers! Rather than muslin, it looks like gauze. You can see in my photo that it's a bit irregular; they're not all the same size.
Our baby has severe reflux, but he doesn't seem to be bothered by it. The mess and clean-up bother Mom and Dad the most. We purchased these cloths because we were running out of cloths on a daily basis with a messy baby, and they are fantastic! We bleach them a few times per month to keep them looking clean and white, and we'll probably use them as cleaning rags once we're done with the spit up phase.
It's a great cloth that's very soft and simple to use. Spit up will occasionally slide off before being absorbed, or if there is too much spit up at one time, it will absorb through the cloth and onto a surface beneath it. Overall, I am very pleased with the cloths.
