Questions & Answers

For equivalent sizing, does anyone know which one of these and the Coolibar brand has longer arms or legs?

Brand X's arms and legs are longer than most brands.

When it comes to 18/24mo and 2t, what is the size difference?

There are so many amazing things to say about this brand Their shape-fitting design makes them ideal for figure-hugging. There is only one difference between the 18/24 mo and the 2 T, about 1 - 2 percent The length of the piece is 112 inches. You might consider getting the 2T if your child is between 18 and 24 months old, but if they are younger than 18 months I would suggest getting the 18/24 month old due to the length difference and the difference in the As stated, they do fit pretty well. The grandchild I have is at the age of 13 months and weights 22 pounds. The 6/12 month old swim suit in this brand is perfectly fine for a child that weighs 5 lbs, is 30 inches tall and still wears it every day. Hope that helps. One thing that I suggest is that you don't make the crotch area too long, otherwise it will rub against your skin.

What is the fabric's UPF? Are the materials treated chemically to reach this value?

The fabric is not treated to produce sun protection effects, so I have no idea how that happens.

A brief description of the sizing process. The clothes I have for my 14 month old fit her comfortably in size 2t. Why is it recommended that I order a size larger?

We found that it fitted true to size - It was a 6-inch shoe that my son was wearing A 7 month size is equivalent to a 12 month size. You may want to go up a size if your kiddo is 14 months old and wearing 2t clothes. Or, you could order two sizes and just return the one that does not I hope this is helpful!

Little ones will be protected from harmful UV rays
5/5

It has a zipper from neck to ankle, a rash guard material with SPF, and is made of a lightweight material. As with some footie pjs, there is a snap at the top of the zipper guard to cover it. With all of that said, this is awesome. A kid who doesn't want to get out of the pool can find it hard to remove wet rash guard material, but I have figured out that if you start by removing the feet, then the rest goes reasonably It appears as if Kiddo is comfortable in this, and the cloth swim diaper by iPlay works just fine under it. This has been a popular purchase with UVSkinz customers, and Sun Days also sells an awesome hat that coordinates with it. While I do not let him crawl on the concrete on the pool deck in this as the knees will never hold up to it, he does really well in it in the pool. It would also be great for a baby shower gift!.

The skin of babies should be protected at all costs
5/5

My child's skin is too valuable to be exposed to the sun! Living in South Florida, being in the sun is just part of your day to day life. The beach is my son's favorite place to go, and he never gets burned by the sun! The struggle to put sunscreen on a toddler is tough enough, this suit relieves you of at least half of the effort. During the time of this photo, my son will be about 2 years old. So maybe he could wear it for a little longer, I bought one size larger. There are some peeling spots, but it is because he was climbing all over the sun shelf at the family pool.

That is a very nice A chunky little boy stands 28 inches tall and weighs 20 pounds at 5 months old
5/5

This is what I got 6 I have it in the 12 mo size, and it fits nicely with a bit of room to grow throughout In the heat of summer in North Carolina, he looks so adorable in that blue plaid. It keeps him well protected from the sun and cool. The swimsuit does not make him hot, despite his tendency to run hot. This is a highly recommended book.

I'm so glad it worked! I was impressed with the results
5/5

My little one is ten weeks old, and we needed something to keep him protected from the As a result, I spent more than I would have liked, but it was hard to find something that covered both A 3-part series Despite doing well in the 6 month size, he is pretty big for his age and has some extra room to grow. However, I wish the legs were longer, but after washing it held up well and kept my dog cool after washing, and we got lots of compliments. It was a good purchase and I would.

It is with great regret that we note our disappointment
3/5

Get into the water after you've gotten in. This was bought in anticipation of our beach trip with the knowledge that my son would be 8 months old and it would fit him. It is an extremely disappointing situation for us. As soon as he got in the water, the blue bled all over the white. As a result, we are left with more of a tye-in On the sleeves, you can see a dye effect. In addition, there is also an ugly spot on the back of the swimsuit that looks as though it has been Therefore, it looks as if someone took sandpaper to the rear of the I am saddened by the fact that the material isn't lasting given the amount of money invested in it. My mother wouldn't be able to recommend this to someone else.

I expected this to be exactly what I got
5/5

I want to wear this suit all the time! Currently, my son is 6 months old, 18 pounds and 24 inches tall, and my 6-year old son is 6 inches tall It was a perfect fit for him in 12m. Having the front zipper made it easy to remove the jacket and put it back on. However, the sleeves covered his arms and his legs and his neck. Definitely going to buy a new suit from this brand when it's time to replace mine. This is a highly recommended book. It's also super cute, so it's a nice combination.

Protect yourself from the sun
5/5

In a nutshell, Despite the fact that the outfit provides sun protection to my son, I still love it. He was getting sun burns on his extremities every day because we spend a lot of time outside. Swim in the pool, on the river, or near the ocean in this outfit. This is the river from which we came. In addition, it looks so cute on him! Seeing that he's growing so fast, I ordered one size up. The shirt fits him loose but he will get used to.

The one we like best - Kid's swimsuit in two pieces
5/5

The fabric on this suit is of good quality, and I especially like that there is one zipper that runs from the hem of the left leg all the way It is very easy to put on and take off for diaper changes, but it doesn't have those awful little snaps in the diaper area, like other suits have. The ones we have tried do not stay closed during active play and they are fragile. stitched, but it is missing the zipper and this zipper has a piece of fabric behind it, so the child's skin won't be touched by it. I find this to be a good read Ensure the suit lasts by making it yourself.
