I ordered a size 6 months for my 12-month-old's birthday party after reading that these ran large in reviews. I reordered in a size 12 months and they fit perfectly; I would say they are true to size. My son is 12 months old and weighs approx. 22 lbs. They were adorably made and of excellent quality. For the price, these are an excellent pair of overalls.
