Using the size chart, determine what size to order based on your head size

It is 17 inches around the head of my son. Since he measures 3 inches (44 cm) and says this hat runs small, I ordered the 24 month size on the size chart when I should have ordered the 18 month size. He still wears it, but it always catches his face and it Zutano is not liable since I followed reviews instead of the size charts. My recommendation would be to order the size that is based on your child's head circumference if your child is able to wear it comfortably.

In Zutano products, 6 months is a size representing up to 6 months. Therefore, if your child is over six months, there is no way that they could fit into the 6 month size. These hats have always been a favorite of mine for my children. They keep them warm and are so soft! I have never had an issue with them! She still uses it on cold days even though she is 8 years old. I placed an order of a 4T for my five-year-old. The scale of the project is enormous! In fact, my eight year old is still wearing her 4t size, and in fact, when I measured it on my five year old, it was exactly the right size. And the new 4t size fits me as well (a small adult).
