There is a rattle in the lens carrier

All positions rattled as lens assembly was inserted into carrier- The item has been returned. When the lens protector is installed on the camera, the camera will not be able to function. The camera lens is not protected when the camera is I have no way of fitting either my case or my pockets with the filter installed, as it hangs off the edge of the phone.
