No, but don't blow all your money on a new one. Isopropyl alcohol is a good substitute. I would not have purchased it if I had known they would be stingy and expect me to spend another $30 once the solution ran out. Since I'm stuck with it, I've resorted to drinking alcohol.
Everything appears to be compatible with a USB-based system. Except for the charger cleaner, which is only for a lightning cable, all of the c devices are compatible. There are USB-compatible devices available. For the price, it's surprising they didn't include that cleaner with this.
I'm truly sorry to hear this! This appears to necessitate the assistance of a technician.

In general, a good idea. Unfortunately, the tip from step is already bending, cracking, and breaking off while being used for the first time. I'd appreciate a replacement suggestion, and I believe this is a problem that should be addressed.
To be honest, I'm blown away. I was planning on purchasing a new iPhone before I received this. For months, I've been tinkering with the charger cord. I had to hold it in specific positions because it would always stop charging on its own. I bought a new charging cord, and then I saw this advertisement. br>br> I went through the entire procedure. All problems have been resolved. br>br>.
I struggle to find gifts for the men in my life (my father, husband, and brothers). This caught my eye and I thought it would make an excellent gift. But, because I was skeptical, I purchased one to test it out first, and it actually works! I keep my phone clean and was surprised that the tool was still able to pull stuff out of the port; I've attached photos and would definitely recommend it.
Cleansing the iPad ports did not work. This tool was not as effective as a toothpick and cotton. I received a refund for the item that I had returned.
It looked nice, but I didn't think it was something you really needed. Let me tell you something. It's something you'll require. br>br> Take a look at the before and after photos of that lightning port, as well as the garbage I managed to extract from it. The phone in my wife's hand was no longer charging. It was charged after I cleaned it. I'm going to clean mine and put it on a cord that always disconnects and says it's unsupported after a few minutes to see if it charges fine. Overall, getting this is less expensive than purchasing new cords that I may or may not require. I didn't buy it on Facebook; instead, I purchased it from Amazon. br>br>Always follow the instructions on the card or watch the video to learn how to do it. In three easy steps, you'll have a clean lightning port, and in two more, you'll have a clean charge cable.
If you're on the fence about doing it, JUST DO IT. Sure, it's a high price, but you get exactly what you pay for. I have a slew of cables and lightning accessories/adapters, and this one did the trick. Not only did the headache of inconsistent charging go away, but my HDMI adapter now works perfectly (I still have to remind myself that it works perfectly and that I don't need to treat it as if it were a live bomb!). )br>br>In addition, the brush cleaned the speaker ports surprisingly well. Don't be concerned if you don't get a lot of lint at first when using the tools on your phone. The lint and dust loosens and begins to pour out on the second and third uses. The only flaw is that the liquid bottle leaks when left on its side, but there is a note inside the box that addresses the problem and recommends that you store the box on its side to avoid it. Hopefully, this will be addressed in a future version, but it isn't a deal breaker unless you need it to be stored flat. br>br>I'd like to see a headphone port tool, but I understand why most iPhones don't have one anymore. br>br>Really nice product, and I've already been assisting friends and family with port/adapter repairs, so the value is definitely there if you're concerned about the price.
I usually use wireless charging surfaces, but I didn't bring one with me on this trip. br>br>The cable wouldn't stay in, so I had to hold the lightning connector at a specific angle for several minutes to get the phone to charge to a safe level for the next day. br>br>When I keep my phone in my pocket a lot, pocket lint gets into the lightning port, causing problems with the retaining springs and metal contacts that are required for charging. br>br>After Googling how to deal with this, I came across this kit in a browser ad. I placed an order for it, and it arrived within a few days. br>br>After a quick review of the instructions, I was able to roll through the tools as described. It was fascinating to observe how each tool removed dust or lint of varying sizes. I also used the included cleaning fluid to clean the metal contacts with the appropriate tool. A brush was included to clean the phone's exterior, particularly the speaker grills at the bottom. It was amazing how dirty and dusty they were. br>br>After I finished cleaning them (which took about 10 minutes), I tried two connectors that had previously failed to work, and they snapped back into place as if the phone had never been used. I can thank this tool for the return of wired charging! If you can't get your cable to stay in place any longer, I strongly advise you to try it - The two springs inside are probably dusty, and this tool comes with a special hook that can remove anything like that.
Even back then, I'd hear it ding that it was charging for no apparent reason. Very simple instructions (I watched the video as well, because I'm that way). br>I saw an ad for it on Facebook, and PurePort said it was for sale here as well. br>I'm thinking of cleaning the phone ports of all my friends as well! It's strangely satisfying to get rid of all that filth. Thank you for purchasing this item and taking the time to read my feedback.
