I couldn't get any screws out of three different phones with them. br>More torx head drivers than the average user requires. The "guitar picks" have ridges that prevent them from being inserted far enough to prevent them from falling out. br>In fact, they have more torx than Phillips. br>Instead of having a large open pocket for the remaining tools, the tool roll had a small open pocket. If you want the tool roll to roll up neatly, the suction cup will not fit. It must be secured from the outside. br>br>Overall, I think it's a good tool kit, especially since it includes a tool roll. I'm getting rid of the Phillips and two torx drivers in favor of more practical tools. br>While this kit isn't a steal, it's also not outrageously priced.
I've owned several similar kits to this one in my family as the resident "can you fix my phone, I dropped it and broke the screen for the third time" guy. Due to the poor quality of the plastics and, in particular, the steel used to make the driver heads, the other ones are what I would call "disposable. " This is the first kit I've reviewed because it's well worth the money. It's a fairly comprehensive kit that will allow you to perform basic repairs on cell phones, tablets, and other electronic devices. The materials used to manufacture the screwdrivers are of good quality, and I haven't had a single tool fail or fail to perform as it should thus far. This kit, along with YouTube videos, is all you'll need to replace your next broken tablet screen or iPhone battery, which always seems to fail around the time a new iPhone generation is released.

For the past two years, I've been using this product. Torx drivers are what I mostly use. The phillips are too long on the ends and don't fit well. To push out keyboards, I use the thin ones. I've used the grabbing tools a few times and they wear out quickly. I added a Husky 1 to the mix. Every day, I use a 5 screwdriver from Home Depot that I bought in a kit, so get a good phillips like that if you want to be sure you can handle phillips screws. Keep the rubber covers on the sharp objects if you don't want your fingers to hurt - You'll be stabbed a lot if you don't have them. I replace Dell, HP, and Lenovo laptop parts, and this kit has served me well in providing the torx I require for any job.
