As part of my order, I received an electrical power supply cord (with an outlet plug on one end and a round input on the other).
I found this online, but it's not from Amazon. The colors of these echos are not necessarily made in conjunction with each other since they are made by someone else. The only color they make it in is Hopefully they'll make other colors of it.
There is no unscrewing involved. It's just a matter of pulling

There are no issues with this item. So it works as described. The best music for casual background listening is casual background music. You should be able to hear anything with some base above If that is the case, there is a two-fer The item that gets the highest rating. As the Echo is on a solid base, it has a strong Several "wings" attach to this battery so that the Echo can be screwed onto it. It sounds like a broken speaker when the base pops. This is so bad that I no longer use the battery, since it just sounds horrible. I can use the Echo on my desk, on the counter, in the garage, or outdoors on the deck, and it sounds great. You can set it down on a hard surface, but not on the battery, as long as it's plugged in and not on it. The idea here appeals to me, although I wish Echo could be taken with you. Oh well. I'm back to the cord now.
The only issue I have is that when attaching the unit, the "bass" is affected. It has to be set below "0" in order for it to stop vibrating or muffled sounding. don't use the charging base, I can still use it. Is this a problem for anyone else? Also, there is no on/off button on the base, so you cannot just turn it off. There is a little plug that goes into the Echo which must be disconnected in order not to damage the battery. It is likely that I will return it for this reason alone.
I bought the echo plus second generation. Was unable to get it to fit correctly since it couldn't twist on correctly. By the third time I tried to get the fruit to sit properly in the base, it didn't want to twist away. I don't think so. On the base, it just wobbled. BUSTING IT OFF was the best thing for me. It now seems that the metal piece from the bottom of the speaker that is supposed to twist into the bottom of the speaker is still trapped inside Because I am so angry about having to keep the piece of junk battery to keep my Echo upright, I can't stand it up straight. It has been a terrible day for me! Having looked at all the different batteries on the market, I decided this one was the one.
The idea is a very good one. Despite this, I do not enjoy spending so much money on an electric item which will need to be charged but does not come with its own charging port. In the instructions, it says you need to recharge this item using the power base of the echo. A cord that fits the 3rd generation echo does not fit the 4th generation echo. Despite the fact that I think it's a great idea to make the Echo mobile, I'm thinking of sending it back because I don't want to spend more money on a charger.
Since I've grouped my Echo Plus with two echo dots, I can now take my Echo Plus out on the patio to throw a party without missing a beat. It actually sounds the same outside as it does inside. In fact, it is so well made, I just went ahead and bought an echo dot version. I have played music on this for over 5 hours at levels 4, 5 and 6, and it has never run out of battery. A great product!.
A better unit was finally developed. I'm glad it was developed. The charger has been charged two times, so far it works well. We will see if the duration of playing time is as good as we would like it to be. It is also different from the other one because you just screw it onto the base, so there is no need for it to line up with the pins. Those features are appealing to me. It would be great if it lasted a long time.
Spending money you don't have is a waste. It does not come with a charger. In the case that the seller sends you an incomplete, non-working product, you'll need an awkward 18v adapter for it to work. I did not open the box until after I had no option but to return it, and I urge you to be careful on Amazon! There is no way to get this product to work unless you spend more money. This is a rip-off.
A few pros The fact that you can move your Echo device around as a portable speaker is amazing. The cons are If you wish to connect this base to your Echo, you must unplug it. The device needs to be screwed into the base as well. There needs to be an option where it can be comfortably inserted into the base as a contact device. You can even use a snap-in device.
