Probably. If you carefully cut it, it'll be fine.
These aren't designed to be used with fabrics. It's best to use them on a flat surface.
No, even in the heat, they have never failed to stick. When they become dusty or dirty and no longer hold the phone, I simply remove them, wash them with dish detergent, let them dry, and replace them as new.
It clings to you. If it doesn't stick anymore, you can wash it.

My husband was constantly putting his phone, face mask, and you-know-what else in his pocket. name- It's on the dashboard, then we drive as if the laws of physics don't apply to our vehicle. Our marriage has been saved by these small mats. One less point of contention. 😂.
skid pad. If you have a bookshelf that isn't quite full, you know how difficult it can be to keep the books from falling over like dominoes. Solution- Underneath the last book, place a pad, and there you have it- The books stay upright, and when I return a book, it returns to the same spot it came from, with no books falling over. Keeps handbags from falling over nicely. I think I've developed a dependency on these pads!.
I had no idea the top was sticky (as it isn't mentioned anywhere). I'm not sure what they mean when they say it won't stick. It must be two different distributors or something because the top is almost as sticky as the bottom of your car! I'm going to try to cover it with something thin. I purchased it because I was confident that the grip pattern's shapes would hold up. I just didn't realize how well it would hold up!.
Yes- When you first put them in place, they are very sticky. The extreme tackiness will be removed with dust. Allow a few days for the process to complete. If it becomes too dusty or dirty, simply rinse it in water and dry it with a towel or air dry it, and it will return to its tacky state. These are my favorite kinds of items. They prevent items from sliding around on my desk or in my vehicle. I haven't had any issues with the surfaces I've used them on- Because it was so sticky, I was a little concerned at first.
To keep my baby car mirror/camera in place on my dash, I purchased this item. It performs admirably; It has a strong grip! Has not melted or lost adhesion in the scorching heat of summer. Although they do collect a lot of dust, I was able to rinse it off by following the instructions. After it had dried, there didn't appear to be any loss of stick. This set includes two sticky mats, each about the size of a typical smartphone.
For a few days, it was sticky. After that, there will be no sticking. br>My last one stayed sticky for months; I wish I could remember what brand it was.
I bought more because they work and don't leave any residue. I use them in my car for various things on the dash, so I think that's enough to say. They can also be used on the armrests.
I wanted something that was more rubbery or silicone-like. Mat with a slick surface. This was a gooey mess. I'm sure debris would fit in there as well. Not for me, even if it could be washed.
