Questions & Answers
I use the rectangle plate and place it at the bottom of the phone, facing the wrong way. Wireless charging continues to work for me, and the phone is now higher on the mount.
They adhere well to surfaces, but I'm not sure how well they adhere to vehicles. They were used to prop up a smartphone.
Official support for QNMP mount compatibility will be listed separately for each product. They are extremely thin even without the plates. They will fit inside most cases, but there may be some bowing or flexing as a result of the plates being added.
The plate does, in fact, have an adhesive back. You aren't spending a lot of money on something that will make your life easier.

I purchased these solely for the large rectangle magnets, which I plan to use on all of my Note 8 cases, as well as my current phone and my work phone. Spigen Premium Air Vent Magnetic Car Mount A201 (6 magnet style) is recommended. These magnets are just as powerful as the ones included with the mount. br>br> I doubt I'll ever use the smaller round magnets; I wish you could buy just the large size. br>br>Includes two large rectangular magnets and their protective covers, as well as two small round magnets and their protective covers. br>br>Fair price, quick shipping; I'm not sure why it got a 2. a rectangle measuring 25 x 4 x 0 The biggest padded envelope ever was used to send 5 in a small box. br>br>I'm very pleased with this product; I'll never use a locking/clip style/two-handed knife again. Never again will you have to rely on a manual car mount for your phone. Even on very heavy and large-scale projects, it is extremely strong. Phones with a case.
During the spring and summer, I used this product with my iPhone 7 with no problems (sticker on the outside of the Lifeproof case). I misplaced my phone and replaced it with a smaller model (iPhone SE) as well as a new Spigen sticker. Now that it's winter and I've turned on the heat, the sticker on my phone case has come loose, and my phone has fallen to the floor. Following a few mishaps, I decided to sandwich the sticker between the phone and the Otterbox case. It still works, but it isn't as effective as it once was. I now have the iPhone X (in a Lifeproof Next case), and I'm a little nervous about using it because it's a lot heavier than the SE and more likely to break.
This went above and beyond my expectations. It goes well with the spigen magnetic case and adheres to any magnetic mount perfectly. This is far more appealing than those bulky setups, and it won't detract from the appearance of your car, especially if it's still new. To avoid scratching your beautiful glass back phone, first install the magnet by ripping off the paper cover, then cover it with the protective plastic.
These were purchased to complement our new iPhone 11s. We had already purchased a car mount and Spigen cases. These metal plates work well with our existing car mount, which we've been using for several months. I like that there are four included in the package, so we can use the extras when we get new phones. The only thing to keep in mind is that a clear case will show through. Also, make sure the plate is attached to your case rather than your phone. If you have a wireless charger, you'll need to remove the case, but that's not a big deal for me. I don't use my wireless charger very often, so taking the case off isn't a big deal. It's simple to put on and take off most cases.
Spigen cases, particularly those with recessed spots on the inside, are a perfect fit. Instead of having to buy the plates separately, Spigen should incorporate them into their cases. The extra plates are unnecessary for me. br>br>My only wish is for the circle plates to be a little smaller so that it could fit in the case's corner.
It has performed admirably. My vehicle is a GMC Acadia, and I have my magnet unit attached to a dash vent with a separate open/close switch so that when my phone is mounted to the vent, I can turn the heat/ac off so the phone is not being blown on. Even when bumped, the phone has always remained attached. Anyway, I needed a new magnet plate to attach to the back of my new phone because I was upgrading my phone. These are great, and you get extras, so I'm good for a few more phone upgrades without having to buy anything else.
On my Pixel 4a, I'm using it with a thin spigen case, and it's perfect. My car has a skewed axle and busted motor mounts, and it shakes so badly at stoplights that it vibrates my teeth, but my phone stays in place on the scosche magnet. However, a thick case should not be used to cover the metal plate.
Make certain you have the car mount with you! It's ideal for any extra phones you might have lying around. I stacked two very thin plates on top of one another to increase the magnetic force - For my iPhone 6s Plus, I required that. Also, after you've inserted the plate into your case, make sure to cover it with the plastic cover that came with the pack - Your phone will be scratch-free as a result of this.
