This was bought in March of last year. For the first month or two, the suction cup worked well, but after that, it started falling off more often. After rinsing it in some warm water and letting it air dry as instructed, I discarded the bag. For a short while, it helped, but then it kept falling off as the weather warmed up. As summer began, it was no longer worthwhile to even attempt to put it back in Due to the heat, even the pad came unglued from my dashboard. However, the holder itself appeared to be well made, but the fact it would not stay mounted is of little concern.

The system was working really well at first. My Moto Z Play did not shake while I held it. To remove it and place it in a new location was a very difficult task. A few days after that it happened. I parked on a day with substantial sunlight for over 4 hours and In the end, it's no longer useful.

The description stated that it would stick to my dash, so I purchased it. The answer is no. An adhesive patch was included with the product, which needed to adhere to the dashboard in order to work. The instructions were followed to the letter, even going the extra mile to carefully clean and dry my dash before applying The instant I attached the suction cup and unit, it all came tumbling off. I gave it 10 minutes to cure, but it all disintegrated five minutes later. Once that happened, it was not useful. We issued a refund on the returned product.

I bought the Easy One Touch 4 in the fall of 2018 because of its features and price. There has been a breaking news- You simply need to hold a phone for it to work. I plan on getting a new pad from HP. You can see the picture that I posted of the bubble forming on the pad. It's my third purchase of the IOttie, and although I would still purchase it again, there are a few things I need to mention. On my iPhone, I sometimes notice that the bottom of the phone slides forward from the vibration from the road. The new model does not fall out instead, it slides forward. The old model did not do this. second thing that I observe is that it wiggles a lot and it is not as sturdy as I anticipated. Apart from that, I would recommend it.

The sun makes it seem that the base has melted after having this for about 4 months, which was during the winter, mind you. The device is usually not in my hands if it isn't in use and I don't connect my phone to it when it isn't. This melted in winter when the sun was not shining at its brightest. It is now impossible for me to return this, which is disappointing. I recommend that you do not buy this product if you plan on placing it on your dashboard because it will melt off when exposed to sunlight for 3 hours. The duration of the program is four It's such a bummer!.
