Can the iPhone 6 plus be accommodated in this case?

It seemed to be a very good fit for my iPhone 6 plus. Before it fell onto the interstate at 70+ mph on my bike, I had been riding for a total of 15 minutes. A destroyed phone cost $24 but was worth 650 dollars

My assumption is that it will fit a Nexus 6 if it fits the iPhone6 The assumption seems reasonable, but is it true?

The whole thing is garbage
3/5

It doesn't even deserve a place in this cradle for your expensive phone or GPS. The cradle works well with my phone. I've used it once. My cold has been going on for a few weeks now. I washed my bike today, and as I was drying it under the cradle, it fell flat. When you see how pathetic the structure is behind the scenes, you're going to think twice before mounting your phone or gps device to this piece of junk. In addition to the spring, it is held together tentatively by four plastic mounts. Although I was gentle with it, it came apart. I couldn't even bother to send it back as I live in Canada, and the cost of shipping it back would likely exceed any That company will never be a source of future purchases for me. As far as I know, this was not the only issue with the device. It is also easy to remove the rubber mountings.

There is a need for Zip ties on Ram Mount's I really like this clamp but the rubber grommets start creeping up eventually when the clamp is used for a long time Come off your arms by clamping them together
4/5

In most cases, this occurs when the road is bumpy. In order to resolve the issue, I purchased more rubber grommets and asked Ram Mount to fix it. Using super glue was the recommendation to me. for a while and it worked for a while, but eventually I lost them all. It occurred to me that there had to be a better way, so I introduced the idea of using zip ties instead. Today, I rode my bike on a really bad road and it was not an issue. I would like to ask Ram Mount a question. Wouldn't it be better if your packaging included zip ties? My only blue ones were yellow-ish (I did not have any black ones lying You will need zip ties and needle nose pliers to assemble them with absolute precision. After cutting off the excess, the bottom will look like this.

I was fortunate to find this phone mount for my motorcycle
5/5

It needs a lot of parts The mount came with my droid dna so that I could attach it to the handlebars of If you have a small phone (such as the iPhone 4) then this mount would be too big. Ram's website has good information about what phones they work with, so if you're unsure which one to choose, you can refer to it. In order for the mount to work, I needed 3 parts The bolt, the arm with a double socket, and the x-ray Hold on tight. In the beginning, there is the U- The handlebars are clamped to the mounting base with bolts. It's not a good idea to scratch up the bars, and it also creates more friction so the clamp won't spin on the bars. I covered the bars with some electrical tape to prevent them from getting scratched up. I received an adapter so I could use either 1" or 7/8" bars with it. Next, you need a double socket arm with a socket joint on each end for the u-joint on the ball to be able to catch it Using the phone grip, you can adjust the bolt and the ball. When you finish, you attach the x-ray Take hold of the other end of the double socket arm and you are ready Despite its 2 ball and socket joints, the chair has excellent articulation so you can move it in any direction and the knob makes it extremely easy to tighten down without tools to maintain a snug fit. It took me a while to get used to the feeling of the phone slipping off the mount at high speeds, but it demonstrated very little movement. For a little peace of mind, I made a tether out of string so that the phone could be attached to the mount in the event that it came loose. The good news is that I never saw it move during any rides during which I rode. I must have just been overly cautious.

The program is very effective at doing its job
5/5

Since I was out of the loop on this until recently, I evaded getting one of them in the past because I wasn't sure it would As you can imagine, having your phone come off at highway speeds would not be a good thing, so I tried other things to keep it more firmly attached to There is a mistake in my statement. Others were either hard to use or just did not provide the flexibility I needed to place the phone where I wanted it to be, or they failed to hold the phone as securely as I wanted them After taking a chance on this, I now own three of them and could not be more pleased. It will fit almost any device, and I have never had any issues with moving any of my devices on any of my bikes. It's not just that this mount is popular like it is simply because it's stable and it's going to hold your phone securely. If you're on the fence or just believe that it won't, you will understand this mount is very popular for a very good reason.

The program is great, but has an unsolvable problem
3/5

Both the mounting system as well as the handle bar mounting system have been with me since October My Ninja 300 worked great with this, and I used it almost every time I rode. It's pretty simple to use - just grab one edge of the X mount and slide the phone into it. It can be quite difficult to find the right way to mount your phone, I've had 3 different phones through this mount and I could easily mount two Samsung phones with no problems, however with my Google Pixel, it will only mount between the power and volume buttons, which is -The majority of the problems with a mounting system are related to the mounting system itself. There is a little pressure holding the phone in place, not designed to hold up well when it comes to I dropped my phone twice in as many weeks. The first time I fell off was after a head on collision, which didn't surprise me at all. The second time was just from going 75 mph. A wiggle freed my phone. I watched it fly down the highway like a frisby, luckily I was able to locate it, and to my relief, it was not Just in case this happened again, I probably won't be so lucky this time. Now I'm nervous to use the mount if this ever happens again. As long as the wind screen offers very good wind protection, I wouldn't use it. I switched to a mount that is almost entirely behind the wind screen.
