As I had been looking for, this was perfect. The pop sockets I used to use used 3M adhesive, which I was able to easily reuse as I changed phone cases a number of times before they changed to allow you to twist off the back. In my case, the adhesive is now so weak that my brand new iPhone 11 is too heavy to stay in my dash mount in the car and can't be used even while lying in bed. This just falls off without any effort! The clear adhesive on the new popsockets (which is a simple feat due to its weakness) was so weak that I easily removed it and replaced It is a perfect fit, and the sticky material is much better. All of the tape comes in its own handy ziplock bag along with the instructions for how to use it, alcohol prep wipes to clean the surfaces to which the tape will stick, and instructions for how to use it. This is definitely a solution that I will recommend to anyone who is having the same problem as mine.

My pop socket can now be used on my new phone after removing the adhesive like it came with it. I used this adhesive instead of the one that came with my pop socket. It is best to place the adhesive on the phone first, then leave it alone for two days while the back sticker remains, so the adhesive can settle and be at its strongest, before attaching To get my pop socket so strong, I used two of the adhesives, one for the phone and one for the pop socket, then I stuck them together so they are super strong! My heart is so full!.

I didn't, to be honest. Applying and letting it set for a few minutes worked for me. As I have small hands, it hasn't been supporting the full weight of the phone, but it stuck just fine. I don't use any mounts for it, but I just didn't load it fully. Mounts need a little time to stick. Let it sit for a few minutes before you use it. I dislike it for being sticky and making it difficult for me to move it after I apply it, as it isn't really made to move For me, it didn't matter since I don't move mine around much. You have done a great job. There's no better way to keep your popsocket running than with a USB battery!.

It seems like the 3M company made these so they would stop sticking after a couple After wasting about 20 of these before realizing that they're designed to fail, I am thinking about getting some 2 chemical epoxy adhesive. That is what I am considering doing next after going through so many of these. A new adhesive was being developed under the name "pop sockets" for the first time and it lasted for the life of the phone, because the original adhesive was made by 3M, but a replacement adhesive would fail after a couple of months and so on. That seems like a good business plan, but it will cause consumers a lot of inconvenience.

Just a day or two ago I bought a pop socket for my previous phone, and now I finally found the pop I wanted, and I didn't want to just give up on it. Can you please explain why Pop socket does not sell replacement stickers? I have been using it for about a month now and it still holds up well. There was no way I would have used the Pop for more than 24 hours! Before popping it out and pulling it, make sure that it is cured and set. It appears you are messing up that part based on other people's reviews. It will take a little while for this glue thing to set up! You'll get better results if you leave it alone for a day!.
