I was directed to contact the company instead of Amazon in a card in the box. I received an email within an hour saying that a replacement would be sent with expedited shipping in two days. Although broken, I can vouch for the roller's smooth operation and silence. As I feel the stone on my skin, it feels luxurious. It is a little luxury at a reasonable price. As a result of ordering the jade roller and Gua Sha set, I am extremely pleased I enjoy how smooth it is and how soft my skin feels after use. To hydrate my skin, I apply this with my serum. My recommendation would be to use the roller after refrigerating it for a couple of days and it helps to reduce the heat produced on my skin during summer. Strongly.

The seller claims their design and material are better than competitors. In one of their pictures, they show how their design compares with others and that is why I purchased the item. It is, however, the same thin roller, not "thicker and -- This is true for any product that is sold by other sellers. The shape of the gua sha is not as deep as shown in the picture. Comparing similar products and prices with other vendors is not as easy as it seems. Don't let their pictures fool you.

This has been on my mind a lot lately. My face looks better and more resilient since I keep mine in the freezer and use it every morning. I've enjoyed using it very much. In truth, I only bought it for the gua sha, and I have used it every single day since I received According to the guide sent with the product, I would definitely say I have seen a difference. Ideally, the gua sha would have been at the front of the package, but getting it to fit out of the way is not particularly easy.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try a gua sha or who just wants to have a fun spa evening!.

The jade roller I purchased after watching a video that stated it was a good tool for applying moisturizers on the face (it supposedly helps the moisturizer sink in better), and it is also used for incorporating minerals into make-up. In general, my skin tends to be combination, with a few dry spots here and there There are still a lot of problems to deal with I was almost driven to distraction by them. Some have found success with this roller and it has helped fix their problem As I roll it across my face, I feel so relaxed and satisfied It's also very sturdy & it's made of durable materials The prices are reasonable. Because I have acne prone skin and have not used gua sha yet, I have not used it yet The article indicated that it could cause breakouts. I plan to try it out at some point in the future just to see what my results are. Nonetheless, it's a great set and it's a good listening experience There is no doubt in my mind that it is worth looking into.
