I'm a master Esthetician who uses these scissors on a daily basis to shape my clients' brows. They are aggressively cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day and do not stick or show signs of rust, despite the fact that I have previously purchased other types of brow scissors that stick and rust in such a short period of time.
Perhaps, like me, you'll be fortunate enough to receive two pairs of shoes in separate packages. Little scissors that are just right. I bought these for work because my other brow scissors were dull and I needed new ones. For a fraction of the price, these scissors are just as sharp and of comparable quality to Tweezerman scissors, and they will certainly do the job. 👍.
They're razor-sharp and won't pull, the blades are small enough to see what you're doing, and the handles provide excellent control and precision. br>I bought these to trim stray eyebrow hairs every now and then, but I've also used them to groom my husband's brows several times. You can't just hit them with a trimmer and expect them to look normal because one of his brows grows into a pronounced point at the arch and has several backwards-growing hairs in the tail. Because of the size and shape of the blades, I was able to cut a few hairs at a time without using a comb, which allowed me to cut the hairs according to how they were sitting rather than how I expected them to lay.
I used to have a pair that were a little thinner, but I can't seem to track them down. So that's what I went with. The name Mac is deceiving; this is not a MAC cosmetics product; however, they are adequate for the time being; they are not the most comfortable to hold, but they are adequate.
They have the same feel as my Tweezeernan scissors but are less expensive.
I wasn't expecting them to be as good as they were. They've been with me for about 9 months and have performed admirably. When I have my brows done, I use them to cut them in between. It allows me to save a significant amount of cash. In addition, I adore the style.
They've only been used a few times and they're already terrible! I used to use them to trim brow hair, but I no longer do because they wear out so quickly, so I've reverted to using my old ones from another company.
Of course, I liked the design and color, but it cuts like those horrible preschool scissors. Unless you enjoy collecting scissors, it's not worth buying.
