My knowledge of the topic is limited. It fits a Gillette Mach 3 snugly a longer handle might be a problem if you are using it with an old-style safety razor. I also use it with an old-style safety razor and it works well. If the Fusion measure is equal to or less than the Mark 3 with blade attached and the Fusion last is the exact same length, then the case should fit.

There is no better case for a safety razor than this leather one. This item is free of loose stitches and hanging threads. While the leather is not very thick, it is more than enough for the purpose for which it was designed. Soft leather is great for knives, as it won't dull the steel. As a Vikings Blade Emperor Augustus razor, the handle of this razor fits very well, even with its very thick handle. This may not be the best case for storing your razor for everyday use as it will keep the razor wet and possibly damage it over time but it is perfect for.
