It would most likely work, but you should start with regular Nair first because it is much gentler on the skin. Nair's shower scalded me to death!
The odor isn't overpowering, but there is some lingering odor that isn't unpleasant.

It's also pleasant to the nose. DO NOT turn it on for more than 10 minutes. Leave it on for 3 minutes in your private area or you will severely burn your skin. I let it sit on my sensitive areas for about 7 minutes before I began to BLEED. It was as if hell and fire were being washed away from you. It was completely out of the question to use that sponge or rag. It was a raging fire. For some reason, it also irritated my underarms. It's super quick and beneficial to your bum, legs, and possibly arms. Just keep an eye out. It's a lot more powerful than veet. It also has a wonderful aroma! The scent is one of my favorites. Skin is moisturized after use.
This product was fine the first time I used it; however, the second time I used it, it burned my skin and caused it to split, causing me to bleed. I have thick skin, so either I'm allergic to it or the chemical mix in this garbage is horrible and dangerous to people's skin. My skin feels as if it's been acidified. Never, ever, ever, ever again I completely forgot to write this review and issue a public warning.
I took it slowly and deliberately. I started with a small inch by inch square on my leg, watched the area for a couple days, and didn't have any issues, then moved on to a small section of my bikini line, watched the area for a couple days, and didn't have any issues before moving on to the rest of my bikini line. I highly recommend this with the caveat that people test it VERY carefully because the stories of reactions to this product are scary and real.
I'll say this: THIS STUFF WORKS AMAZING ON MY LEGS! I've turned it on for too long and turned it off for too long. It's really great. Keep the sponge that came with it clean and in good working order because it makes a difference in how well it removes hair. dry. I've tried it in other places, but DO NOT USE UNDER YOUR ARMS; my skin is apparently TOO sensitive, as I was burning. LISTEN TO YOUR SKIN IF YOU FEEL IT BURNS A LITTLE. AMAZING FOR THE LEGS. I've gotten to the point where I only need to use it once every two weeks or so. It has significantly aided in the thinning of my hair, which has resulted in my hair remaining softer for an extended period of time.
This aids in the removal of hair and reduces my shaving time by more than half. I still shave afterward for a smooth finish, but this gets rid of the majority of my hair before I use the razor. No matter how much soap I used (I don't use shaving cream), I'd get ingrown hairs and razor burns when I only used a razor to remove hair. I no longer get ingrown hairs or burns as a result of using this product. My hair is THICK because I'm half-Italian and have shaved since middle school. In addition, I can use this for approximately 4-hours. I have 5 sessions left before I need to buy another bottle. The only drawbacks are that when it's almost empty, the pump doesn't collect the Nair, so I have to take it out and shake it onto my hands, and the white sponge that comes with the Nair is too soft for me to use to rub the Nair off of my legs while I'm washing it off, so I have to use a regular dish sponge that I use specifically for my legs instead.
It burned my skin even when I had it on for far less than the maximum amount of time. Before putting it on my body, I did a small patch test on my inner forearm to ensure that nothing went wrong. The patch test went off without a hitch and worked flawlessly. This product, on the other hand, was used on my legs before I took a shower. It is suggested that you leave it on for at least 2 minutes, but no more than 10 minutes. I decided to leave it on for four minutes because I have extremely thick, coarse, and dark hair. My legs started tingling a little as soon as I put it on them. I ignored it because I assumed it was perfectly normal. I could feel my skin burning after the third minute and realized I needed to remove it. My skin felt like it was on fire after I rinsed off the Nair; it was burning and tingling, and I had multiple burns on my legs after my shower. Please do not use this product because it is extremely dangerous and contains chemicals that will burn your skin.
In a LONG SHOT, this is more effective than shaving. I was a little concerned about how sensitive it would make my skin, so keep track of how long you leave it on. Before your skin becomes sensitive, I recommend leaving it on for no more than 7 minutes; if you leave it on for longer, your skin will burn. If you do it in less than 7 minutes, you'll get rid of the coarsest hair as well as baby hairs on your upper thighs. This will keep your legs, bikini line, and armpits smooth for several days if you don't want to take the time to shave. The odor is unpleasant, but it is easily remedied by using body wash.
I wear it for 3 minutes while shaving, then hop in the shower for 5 minutes. There is no longer any hair. A++. It's fantastic for me as a man with hair in places I don't want it. When I'm shaving, I put it on. It takes about 3 minutes. After that, take a bath. I gave it another 5 minutes to work and kept the direct water stream away from it. After that, I simply wipe it away with a washcloth. I despise having hair on my body. It's nothing more than a bacterial reservoir. This is far superior to Nair regular and Nair for Men. Note. I did leave it on the inner thigh for too long, which resulted in redness and a few bumps. I applied cortisone to it, and it was completely gone the next day. This is fantastic. A has a dispenser with a pump. Nice.
