They don't sell replacement heads, according to the listing, and any that are on Amazon aren't theirs.

It'll be worth it if you stick with it

This product has a slight learning curve, but it is fantastic. Because I despise plucking my brows and am allergic to wax, I found this to be very precise and simple to use. You'll need to repeat the process a few times, but it took me less than 20 minutes to go from bushy brows to groomed arches. Touch-ups should take no more than 5 minutes, in my opinion.

Don't Toss Away Your Tweezers

Buy a good pair of tweezers with the money you saved. I wanted to make this work because Tweezerman is a great brand. It's dreadful and completely ineffective. To cut off the hair, you must go over the same spot several times. It grows back in two seconds because you're not removing the hair at the root, which I was aware of when I bought it; it's supposed to remove hair cleanly, quickly, and easily like a razor, but it doesn't, so I'm glad I was able to return it. This isn't worth your time.

It's a lot more difficult to use than a regular flat edge. Not all of the pieces are cut. It's as if I'm having to saw my hairs out.

My daughter and I both lack thick brows. It does not catch hairs and does not need to be trimmed. It pulls the hair when this happens. You'll save $20 if you use a razor instead! It is a waste of time.

The cap is constantly falling off - it's potentially harmful! I really wanted to like it, but after a few uses, the top part that covers the razor keeps popping off while the motor/razor is still running (I just saw another reviewer say the same thing)! It's extremely dangerous, both because the cap that flies off lands near the eye and because an open, rotating blade could cause injury

This is either a serious design flaw or a problem with quality control. In addition, the pen appears to have an endless supply of black grease erupting from somewhere in the motor and depositing itself on the surface you're attempting to shave. Why? Although the concept is sound, the execution and quality assurance are lacking.

I tried it for the first time and was pleased with the results, but it does require some attention. However, I must say that it is an excellent product that produces no pain.

garbage! This device is completely useless. I have the full-size version, and it works fantastically! This one is great for brows because it doesn't remove a single hair! I'm returning it, and I'll keep waxing and plucking while using the other one when I have the opportunity. Very let down.

Waist of cash. (I'm not going to isento anything. ) The seller is wonderful, but the product is a disaster. It's comparable to shaved brows. Rather than removing the hair at the root, it cuts it.
