My eyebrows were carefully shaped and I wasn't allergic to wax. It was very easy to use and I liked it much better than plucking them. Although you must do several passes, I was able to transform my bushy eyebrows into groomed arches in less than 20 minutes. To touch up, I estimate it will take less than 5 minutes.

Tweezers are important

Don't get rid of them. You should buy a good pair of tweezers if you want to save your money. My goal was to make this work with Tweezerman because I love the brand. This is a horrible and completely pointless piece of software. If you want to cut the hair really short, you need to go over the spot several times. Since you are not removing the hair at the roots, it grows back in two seconds, which I should have known about this product. I expected it to remove the hair cleanly and quickly and easily, but it does not do either, so I'm glad I had the choice You don't need to worry about it.

Trims and hairs don't get caught in it. It pulls the hair when it does so. Razors are better. Save $20 and use a razor! I don't want it.

It keeps popping off the cap Getting too close to a computer is It's not as good as I expected, especially after a few uses because the top covering the blade comes off of the motor/razor while it is still operating

(I just saw another reviewer commenting on the same thing). A very dangerous situation, both due to the cap that flaps away from the eye and due to an open, rotating blade that could strike the eye. The flaw in this design and/or the quality control issue are major. Additionally, it looks like there is an endless supply of black grease emerging from somewhere inside the motor and depositing itself all over the surface you are trying to shave. What's the reason? The idea is good, but the execution and quality control are very poor.

Waste of time! I don't know what to do with this thing. This is an awesome performer! I have the original version. You won't see any hair removed from your eyebrows with this one! In the meantime, I'll keep waxing and plucking, as well as using the other one as it comes in. This left me feeling very.
