It looks like the Platinum blades have been rebranded.
No, it is not.
I'm not sure, but I'm guessing they're made in Germany or the United States! On youtube, Geo Fat Boy talks about blades, so do a search for him and good luck.
It's a straight razor, and it's a good one. The blade is all there is.

What a waste of an American tradition! The product is made in Russia.
These Razors aren't exactly my cup of tea. I've only had them for a week, and they don't shave all of my hairs. I noticed that it only shaves on one side, so it's not a double-sided razor. I had to figure it out the hard way because I was pushing too hard to shave, which resulted in bruising. If you look closely, you can see a thin silver line that indicates which side of the razor to shave from. They will, however, only work for a day or two before you must replace them.
Excellent afeitar ojas, high quality when used with your afeitar rastrillo, and can easily be used 6 to 8 times depending on the barba's size.
This is an excellent blade. I'm surprised it's taken this long for them to release a Double Edged blade designed specifically for the US market. This is a high-quality blade with industry-leading packaging.
Used blades could not be 'absorbed' by the packaging. returned without attempting to use the blades on their own.
I got these for my husband because he needed new razors. He stated that Gillette razors have always been his favorite. is pleased with the results.
It appears to me that it has a good filo and that it can last for about five hours.
The shaving blades are of good quality, and I notice that when I use them, my skin is smoother.
