Questions & Answers
For those who are used to traditional hair guards (which are sized in 1/8 inch increments), the results are as follows: 2, 2. 8, 3. 8, 5. Those gaps may not be significant, but there is no lever for fine length adjustment, which is an important detail. br>br>If all you want is an even buzz or fade between the first two guards (which includes a 4-footer), this is the guard for you. If you have a 9 mm angled one, you should be fine. br>br>If you try anything else, you may be out of luck.
Make sure your hair is clean and dry before trimming sensitive areas, as wet hair tends to stick to the body. Always use a body guard when trimming sensitive areas.
I keep it in the shower and use it physically, and it works fine, but I don't use it under running water (why would you?). I like the convenience and neatness of using it in the shower and cleaning it right there (no bristles in the wash), and the location where I store it in the shower doesn't have water falling on it all the time.
Hello, and welcome! Yes, you can use the trimmer cordlessly for up to 5 hours or plug it in for continuous use.

It's great; it holds a charge for a long time, has a lot of useful attachments, and is razor sharp. incredibly sharp My husband had no idea they had the ability to sever his balls. Aside from that, they're fantastic!.
I bought this because it was supposed to be the "newer" version of the Philips Norelco Multigroom 5100 that I had previously. While the trimmer appears to be well-made, it does have one major flaw: none of the head attachments have adjustable sliders any longer. Do you want to go from 1mm to 2mm in thickness? You must now remove the head and replace it with a different one! Not to mention the fact that you have to keep track of 23 pieces, some of which aren't even labeled with their length. This trimmer had the potential to be a five-star product, but the significant drop in common sense and user friendliness makes it an instant flop. Please come back for me. This regressive design decision will not be tolerated by anyone who has used an adjustable length trimmer head before. Worse, Philips does not offer a compatible adjustable head for this model.
I was excited to get my hands on this groomer and was pleasantly surprised by the quality when I opened the box. However, the inability to purchase additional guards in various sizes severely limits the product's utility. I bought this to replace my Norelco beardtrimmer, which was dying and looking a little cheap. I considered upgrading to their more expensive multigroom "All-in-One" package. It would be a huge improvement if there was only one trimmer. This was not the case at all. My old trimmer had an adjustable "wheel" that allowed you to adjust the length of the guard by moving it up and down a little with each click. However, with this model and all other Norelco "multigroomer" models, you will receive a set of guards in various sizes for the various trimmer attachments. The size of the "hair trimmer" guards increases dramatically once you reach them. (9mm, 12mm, 16mm) As someone who prefers a larger/longer beard, I'm unable to go any longer than 16mm, and the difference between 12mm and 16mm is too great. This wouldn't be a problem if Norelco made extra guards in different sizes, but when I contacted them, they said they don't make extra guard sizes. So, despite being a very nice and what appears to be a high-quality groomer (despite the fact that I've only had it for a month and there is plastic where the trimmer connects to the motor), I wish I had gone with a different brand that offered more guard sizes. This can be attributed to a lack of pre-purchase research. (However, someone did inquire about them, and was told they were available from an "official guards reseller"). You should look elsewhere if you want to be able to cut your beard or hair to a specific length.
They should rename it the "Phillips Norelco Daniel Day Lewis," because there will be blood no matter what you do. I began with caution, starting with sensitive areas (because I know better than to rush that area and I want to make sure I'm at my best). What was the first time you touched someone? Nicked. Shift your position. Nicked. It's all good. Nick, I'm going to use the bodyguard. WHY G*d, WHY G*d, WHY G*d, WHY G*d, W br>Stretch to the point of being taut. Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick br>br>All right, I'll see what I can do with it.
The. Very. First, I had a trimmer placed on my chest. a large toothy cut! This d*mn thing had my milkshake in its sights. br>br>How about a beard, complete with a large guard? Even that hurts! Scratching, scratching, scratching. My cheeks are flushed, and the trim is uneven. Now I have the same expression as DDL's character. Sigh. br>br> I guess I'll have to wash off the blood and the few hairs I dared to trim. ARGH! The burn! Philips, you did an excellent job. You did an excellent job. Is it something I'm going to return? Let's just say I'm going to request a refund.
This is, without a doubt, the best body trimmer/razor beard trimmer I've ever purchased. It is of excellent quality and is pleasant to hold. Although the blades are extremely sharp, you can reach the most delicate parts of your body. Because I'm a man, I can quickly and painlessly trim all of the underarm hairs. I don't usually write reviews, but I've bought a lot of these trimmers and they've all been terrible in comparison to this one. This trimmer would be on its own level in my opinion. Trimmer that is unmistakably professional.
I saw it at Target, but the "on sale" price was higher than the prime price. br>br>To say my mind has been blown is an understatement! I've never had a better shaver or trimmer. It can fulfill any need or desire you may have. I was initially intimidated by the sheer number of pieces; you'd think this was designed for professionals and barbers. You'll get the hang of it quickly after spending a few minutes testing everything out, and you'll be in heaven! Lol.
The first is that even though the top blade snaps onto the top of the device, there is a gap in front and below the blade where trimmed hair can get sucked in and tangled in the inner device, resulting in a half-hour spent cleaning out tangled hairs in the groomer. That's a terrible design, especially if you're grooming facial hair that curls up into the groomer. If the spinner under the razor suckers in hair, this could result in hair pulling. The device itself is quite quiet when it is in use.
Everything you'll ever need to cut any type of body hair at home is included! br>However, you must exercise extreme caution when working near sensitive areas because the blades are extremely sharp and WILL cut you if you use a bare blade without heads. Especially in the vicinity of the private parts (the sack).
