It's not a lotion, it's a liquid after shave.
This after shave lotion works like most traditional after shave products. My husband and I have been using this product for years. The product is a cut above the drug store brands, even if it isn't as expensive as the designer products containing heavy scents.
The product description can be found on the product page. There is only one company that makes it David Off! I really like this. The fufu has no effect. Citrus aroma is nice, but it is very strong. For the price, it is not cheap either.
Due to the fact that I discarded the packaging, I honestly have no idea. Your best bet in this case would be to contact Davidoff, the maker of Cool Water. It has been over 20 years since I used Cool Water after shaving and I have never experienced any medical concerns.

Cool Water was a sample I had received, and I found it to be a pleasant smell. I had been wanting to buy him one but my hubby would not let me buy him any because they were too expensive It wasn't until I saw that Amazon offered this 4 oz bottle that I changed my mind. Despite spending a lot of money on this bottle, I'm pleased with its quality as there's not much scent left behind. The previous reviewer was probably on the right track when she wrote that this might be a knock-off Let's go! Sorry to hear that. I will not purchase this item.

There's no way this could be a fraud. It has a great smell that lasts for a long time. Immediately feels great on the face after shaving. If you enjoy Coolwater, then this will also suit you well.
An aftershave, however, it does not do much for you. Aftershave doesn't really have a scent, and you don't buy it for it. Find out what time it is in EDT. This aftershave is not the best one out there. There are better ones such as Proraso, which is also.
When you put it on for shaving, I like how cool it is.
After shaving, it is extremely cooling and refreshing. Furthermore, its scent is not overpowering, it is just perfect.
The after shave spray is still available at many of the fragrance stores I have tried, but the spray seems to be discontinued. The merchandise was well packaged during shipping, so this was an excellent alternative. Besides the short delivery time caused by transportation, the only regret is that the vendor is not at fault.
