This product was completely ruined when the new formulation was introduced
3/5

For years, I have been using this after shave cream and have enjoyed it quite a lot. However, they recently changed the formulation and I found it disappointing. There's nothing good about the new formula As far as the scent, it is overpowering and has nothing to do with the old, delicate aroma, and as far as the consistency of the cream, it went from the old, very light moisturizing cream to this new thick white one. There's almost no difference between baby diaper cream and formula It would be neat if A very difficult consistency to spread on your freshly shaved face, and it creates a barrier that prevents your skin from allowing oxygen to pass through it. Poor L'Occitane! You totally screwed this one up! The old formulation should be restored and the new one should be abandoned. Once I have done that, I will start buying again from you!.

According to our calculations, the winner is I love L'Occitane
5/5

It's too sensitive for me to shave every day, so I try not to do it. However, I have switched from an aftershave LOTION to an aftershave balm to avoid a burning sensation when my face gets wet. A lotion that is based on oil. There are balms that don't burn the face. I didn't realize that there were such products. So after reading a few reviews online, I decided to try out a few. It has definitely been L'Occitane who has dominated the market so far. The L'Occitane (Cade) Product line
- A castle at Fort Forbes (Lime)* - The Tobac (lotion) - Cypress (Proraso easily available and useful, I chose it. Since the reviews were good, I made my decision based on I didn't worry about if there were better options for my sensitive skin since this is okay for me. Once I ran out of Proraso "Cypress &", I started feeling hesitant A great mild smelling balm! Vetyver (OMG, what a great name. started looking at reviews again. Well, I think Proraro and Co. got it right Forbes' products are creamier than L'Occitane's, as if they are hand creams. It is thicker like toothpaste, so L'Occitane is more like it. A double-sided tape does the trick for me So, I use a razor shaver so that I get as close as possible. I gave the first two The best score is 10). Whenever I ordered Tobac, I was in error because I ordered the Lotion instead of the Balm, which It was awesome to use L'Occitane! It was used alone, as well as over Proraso & J As a bandaid, Castle was easier to use because it was thicker like toothpaste. I give it a 9. Is there any reason to not give The scent reminds me a lot of baby powder, and that isn't as manly as I like. However, as long as this product treats my sensitive skin properly, I don't care. It's great to work with L'Occitane! In order to use both ways, I'm still trying a few others to have (2) options to choose from, depending on the The qualities of Vetyver) for good performance & a It has a mild smell that stands out. There may be someone who can benefit from this.

No one was notified that the formula had been changed
3/5

The L'occitane after shave balm Cade has been a constant favorite of mine for years until my last Because of some unknown reason, no one was told that the formula had changed, and why no one has replied. Casade used to smell the best, but now it no longer exists. Don't go near them.

BUYER BEWARE there are frequent scams out there
3/5

The product review I just wrote may be my third or fourth in my career. * If you have any previous experience with this product, be aware that the formula has changed and the scent has completely changed. I wouldn't recommend any Cade products with the new logo, it smells kind of like sawdust and it doesn't have the "old world" smell it did before, in the best possible way. It was fortunate that I was close to L'Occitane stores that still offered the previous formula, so I purchased several. It will run out, so I'll need to find a new item, which is very disappointing, since I used to enjoy it so much.

The rule of thumb is don't fix what isn't broken
3/5

It has a much stronger floral scent in the new formulation. As a result, the main ingredients appear to be less Cade / Juniper, and the scents from the added ingredients remain lingering. Fortunately, there is still moisturizing effect as before, otherwise it would have been a total letdown**** Bought and loved the original formula for years, but I have second thoughts. That's such a bummer!.

Your granddad would be proud of you if you smelled like him! The points that have already been made may not need to be repeated
5/5

Now that I know why, I can see why this is loved universally. In the end, the scent is all that matters. There is just something so classic and gentlemanly about this apply this product, I think it must smell like what a New England fisherman would smell like on his way home after a long day at What an amazing piece of work. There's only one thing I wish was longer that scent would linger with me. In only a few seconds, it dissipates. I have very sensitive skin, and this keeps the burn and redness at bay. It doesn’t tingle or burn or cool or any of the other stuff we often expect from after shave creams, balms, gels, etc. The smell was pleasant as well. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude.

As you'd expect from a product with a premium cost, it performs as well as you would expect
5/5

This is not a cheap product, but luckily the performance is on par. The scent is old fashioned but very pleasant, and it contains some very nourishing, quality ingredients that really soften your skin and comfort you after shaving. It gets rid of razor burn and bumps on the skin, and makes your skin feel very smooth and soft after shaving. Because it doesn't burn like many after shave products, I like it, as well as that it just When it comes to an aftermarket replacement part that's high performing and of good quality I believe this scent will suit your needs when it comes to shaving with a classic scent.

It has a lovely scent and is very good
4/5

Despite the fact that this product isn't cheap, the quality and performance of it is comparable to most other products in the market. It soothes razor burn and heals the skin after shaving much better than most other products on the market today. Choosing to shave at night and wearing it to bed will make your skin look and feel great the next day. Moreover, it helps to relieve dry skin, which makes it a great face lotion during the winter months. Balms have a delicious scent to them, and this balm is no exception. There are so many different ways to describe this tea but I imagine it will not offend anyone because it is light, creamy, aromatic, and it is not very strong. Cade EDT and shaving cream are also available from L'Occitane. However, the EDT smells cleaner than the balm as it has a sweeter and woodier scent. As well as the shaving cream itself has its own scent. The balm smells the best out of the three and goes on silky smooth with a suntan lotion consistency. I don't know why all three smell so different from each other, but in my experience, the balm is the most effective. Most of all, it's not a good thing There is no greasy formula, but you may feel that your skin is a little greasy after using it. An amount the size of a pea is all you You will overdo it if you go beyond that. A tube of tubidur should last you for up to a year if it is used sparingly. I am very satisfied with my purchase overall. I recommend this to anyone who asks.
