I'm not sure why you'd want to, but I'm not sure why you don't. After applying the soap to your brush from the soap bar or tube, use this to work up a lather.
The gold rim mug will be out of stock for at least a few months.

The Fendrihan cup is not where I keep my shaving soap bar. I dampen my brush and squirt a few drops of water onto a shaving soap bar that I keep in a separate stainless cup, gently mixing the brush to gather soap from the stainless cup, and then creating a nice lather in the Fendrihan cup. It is, indeed, a lengthy procedure. This moisturizes my facial stubble in a way that I like. Fendrihan is a fantastic individual. It has a great handle, and I would buy it again.
Because of the high quality, I gave it five stars. I double-checked the listing after receiving it, and the dimensions are listed. You'll realize how large it is once you have it in your hands. Smaller shave cups (Old Spice size) are my preference. I'm unable to obtain my desired item because it is no longer manufactured. All I have to do now is get used to using a massive cup.

Bubble wrap and heavy kraft paper were used to package the mug. It came in two boxes as well. It's a good thing we went with the white with dark blue trim. On the bathroom counter, it looks fantastic. It feels good in his hands, according to my boyfriend. br> I wish this was the case with more of our purchases. I was hesitant to order this shaving mug because I had never heard of Fendrihan before. They have, however, risen to the top of my shopping list for my boyfriend's shaving accessories.
I wasn't expecting the handle to be hollow, but it's surprisingly sturdy.
Stock photos do not do this Shaving Bowl justice; it is extremely well made and well worth the money. The blue contrasts beautifully with the white porcelain. This is a dapper piece that is understated.
Handcrafted in Romania, with a large opening for easy lathering. The product is of high quality.
Shaving mugs with smaller bottom diameters and larger top diameters (like a funnel) produce a better lather than uni-diameter mugs. Mugs that are three-dimensional (top to bottom have the same diameter).
