Sorry, I'm not sure if you're referring to chubby 1 2 or 3 in this listing, but ch2- has a stainless brush stand. Only which will give you a better shave, might be hard to come by at this point but it was on here somewhere, search for "36x50mm stainless steel chubby 2" [might have to use google if it's hidden here?
The knot measures 23mm in diameter and the loft measures 47mm. Before I bought it, one of the most helpful reviews I read stated that if there was a Chubby 1. This knot is luxurious as you apply the lather due to its density, so a size of 5 would be ideal. The Chubby 3 has an excessively large size. The Chubby 2 is a brush I'd like to own in the future, but the Chubby 1 in Best is unrivaled in terms of comfort and control.

What can I say about the Chubby 1 that hasn't already been said? I'm grateful to own one of these large, beautiful shaving brushes, which are the pinnacle of shaving brush luxury. The Chubby 1 and Chubby 2 perform exceptionally well, and I am proud to have them in my collection. You're interested in the specifics, right? They're dense, with a large number of hairs crammed into the knot. They're supple and easy to work with. They can hold a lot of water in them. They know how to make a lather like no one else. It's no surprise they've become legendary. You don't require it, to put it that way. You can make do without it or with the help of others. Holy sheet cakes, on the other hand, are lavish and high-performing. I prefer boar for that extra stiff satisfying SCRITCH on many occasions. I have some boar bristle brushes, as should you, for these occasions, but the Chubbies are just so sensual and luxurious! If you enjoy those peaceful pampering moments in the shave den with a rich, great-smelling shave cream and a razor sharp blade of choice, I'm talking about you. The Chubby is a thrill-seeking machine.
The Chubby 1 isn't quite as small as the other two Chubby sizes, but it's definitely smaller. I have both a Classic 1 and a Classic 2, with the Chubby 1 being slightly larger than the Classic 2. The Chubby is known for having a lot of hair, which it does, and it also has some backbone, so if you like to lather your face, you can't go wrong with this. If you have a Simpson travel brush case, be aware that this will NOT fit in the smaller version of that case. By about 1mm, the base is too thick.
This badger is firm and gentle, quickly transforming soap into a slick, protective lather. The 23mm knot is densely packed and extremely dense. If you face lather with firm swirling strokes, the tips aren't too uncomfortable. If you paint on lather that has already been prepared in a bowl, they will feel silkier. In comparison to my 23mm Super Badger (Col Conk/Vulfix) or my Semogue Boar 610, the brush appears to be quite small. In very large hands, the handle will be uncomfortable. The Chubby 2 or 3 should be considered if you have large hands and are willing to spend a little more money. The Duke 3 is a good option if you don't want to spend more than this brush costs. The fact that this Chubby is small has no bearing on how well it produces a fine, rich, and slick lather quickly. This Chubby is a World Class Joy unless you have enormous hands.
This brush has made me very unhappy. I bought one a few years ago and had a great time with it. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that a large number of hairs fall out all over the sink every time I use it. I recently bought a Taylor of Bond Street super badger brush, which is a fantastic brush.
Brushes that I really like. On any soap, it produces a nice lather. When I lather my face, I like how it feels a little scruffy. It's an amazing brush! This best badger brush feels great on the silvertip.
Amazing, don't be fooled by the hype. The best badger hair is soft and amazing, and it holds three times the amount of water that my larger Parker pure badger brush does. There is no shedding, it exudes quality, and it performs exactly as it should.
Fast shipping, and the product is exactly what I expected.
Great, but I prefer some of my more affordable brushes. It could be a little longer on the handle, but then it wouldn't be called a Chubby 1.
