Questions & Answers
Because Simpson brushes are hand tied at the knot rather than glued in, they can lose more bristles when used in a circular motion than when used with a paint brush.
It was created with the intention of lathering the face. As an example, consider a short handle, dense hair, and a low loft. That said, it will bowl lather just fine; I do it all the time, and I also use circular motions, which, while not recommended by the manufacturer, has worked just fine for me.
This brush is thicker and will last for a longer period of time.

A pair of Semogue and Yaqi brushes are also in my collection. Two band badger brushes are my favorites because they provide a good backbone balance. This Simpson best badger brush is now one of my favorites because it's great for face lathering, especially when used with a shave stick like Arko or Tabac (both of which are among my favorites). br>br>I hadn't planned ahead of time, but I've now decided to make this brush my travel brush, and I've purchased the matching Simpson travel case (small). The brush fits perfectly in the case, but because it is a high-end brush, I won't be using it exclusively when I'm not at home. It's a great performer to use in rotation while still getting that Simpson quality. br>br>This brush will provide you with the most luxurious lather on the road while also exfoliating your skin in preparation for the amazing shaves to come! With the first few shaves, there was some shedding, but I expect that to decrease quickly. I've only used this brush a couple of times and I'm already smitten. This performer is a tiny little monster! It will not let you down!.
Do not be fooled by the "level" moniker. This is a high-quality brush that produces a lot of lather. The handle is lovely, and the brush is great for travel. The brush erupts with soapy lather. br>br>I have a full beard, and the size is ideal for hitting my neck and cheek line. br>br>This is my second Simpsons brush (the first being the Chubby 2), and I'm starting to feel like I'm building a collection.
I've never owned a better brush. I read on the internet that these (Simpsons) lose a lot of hair, and all I can say is that after a month or so, I've only seen about two hairs come out of this thing. It was unquestionably a wise decision.
The size is ideal for travel, but it has a lot of sharp bristles that make it difficult to use. Plus, when I first wet it, it had a very strong odor that took a week to remove. It's a shame, because it appears to be very well made. I'll be selling mine in the near future.
Great shaving brush; I bought it for my son, and he says he likes it. For a badger hair brush, this is probably the best deal. He claims that he will never again use aerosol shaving creams. For a better shave, it's great for lifting the hairs from working in shaving soap.
I used to believe that any shaving brush would suffice, but I was mistaken. br>The lather produced by this small, well-made brush is incredible, and I'm having a great time shaving with it.
It has a lot of fluffiness to it. It appeals to me. It looks great and feels great in your hands and on your chin. There was nothing more I could ask for.
