The only disadvantage of synthetics is that they do not maintain temperature. So if you fill your brush with hot water and put it in the bowl, it will be cold by the time it reaches your face. What does it matter if you let it sit while you shower and/or prepare for your shave? You should have already opened your pores by washing your face with hot water and applying pre-treatment. oil for shaving What you really want to do is squeeze every last drop of shaving soap out of your container. This brush works better than the badger brush I have of the same size and triple the price in terms of lathering and applying to your face while raising that facial hair for a close shave. Really, what's the point of real badger, boar, or horse hair? Is wearing a mink coat over a faux fur coat really just a status symbol? Because, honestly, this synthetic brush not only outperforms my badger, but it also works better, looks better, and smells better.

For the price, this is an excellent brush

Someone mentioned how pleased they were with this brush in a wet shave Facebook group. So, out of curiosity, I decided to take a chance and buy one for myself. The price is reasonable, the handle is comfortable in my hand, and the synthetic knot is the softest; it also works great in your shave bowl! I honestly didn't think it would last, but I'm very pleased with it, and I'm already looking into other Je purchases. As well as me.

To be honest, I didn't have high hopes. I chose this brush based on price and appearance alone, having no prior knowledge or experience. It turns out that it's not only lovely to look at, but it's also a wonderful soft, well-made brush. It's the part of my new ritual that I enjoy the most- My hair is being shaved.

Easy to use nice price love the look gets a lot of compliments i wanted a synthetic for travel less maintenance and less chance of odor or mildew dry's fast whips up lather fast and rinces clean nice size to for the deeper cups as you can see it on my shave den display case and in my rotation as you can see it on my shave den display case and in my rotation.

Very good semi- brush with a gentle touch I like how consistent the brush bristles are, and how easy it is to load the brush with water thanks to the synthetic handle

I try to avoid shaving as much as possible, so when I do, it's rough, but with this brush and some good (not expensive) shaving soap after a shower, using a razor is a breeze.
