There is no doubt in my mind. This is the correct response made by Danielle I like the chair.
On uneven floors, this chair may wobble, but it would not be unstable. It does not wobble at all if it is seated on a flat surface. The material is very durable.
It was opened and set up by my son. The bag is about three by one foot, so I would estimate it came only slightly larger, since everything folds up to fit in the bag. Would it not be more accurate to ask the manufacturer this?

We don't have any problems with the Earthlite Vortex. A total of $125 was spent A new price of $299 is now in effect. Despite its lightweight nature, it appears to be durable. As my new massage chair is super light and comfortable, I'm looking forward to loving it I wish there was one thing I could change about it. It is poorly attached to the chair at the point where it attaches to the headrest. During installation of the headrest, one screw that positions it up or down will not tighten properly. If this piece is improperly positioned, the client's head will not be properly positioned. I'm not sure the threads are at fault or what but it is an essential component. I'll contact the company for a replacement or I'll send it back, as you can't use it in this fashion. Unfortunately it's a little disappointing since everything else about it is great!.

The chair I bought is the one I have chosen and I am very pleased with it. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was to set up and it is The different colors that you can choose are just beautiful, and I love how versatile it is. As I was performing the massages, I found the table very sturdy and very simple to adjust to my client's needs. Having this bag folds and lays flat is fantastic, and I love how easy it is to put back in the carry bag. There is a zip-up option on the bag as well, which is great! With how light it is, I was able to transport my chair in the bag it comes in and also to carry my trash bin and another bag while not feeling like I was going to pass out by the end of it. I have previous experience with massage chairs from when I was I find they're heavy and hard to adjust, and when I was supposed to put them back in the bag the zipper wouldn't go all the way up. My purchase was of high quality and I'm very happy with it.
The reason we bought it was that we were bored with renting one during the recovery of my husband's eye surgery. The instrument will be used for his chiropractic work as well, as he is a licensed chiropractor. I can lift and maneuver it very easily (he has had retina surgeries and is no longer able to lift). It was really well maintained and kept clean during use. Since I had it stored in its zipper bag for the last few years (indoors, no moisture), I noticed it started peeling and need to replace it. It was touching the folds where the peeling was occurring. This crumbles and makes flakes all over the floor when the black flaky underneath is exposed.
