Scrub gently; you're not trying to remove an entire layer of skin. Afterward, your lips will be moist, and the flavor isn't bad either.

It's fine, but it doesn't do much for me. . . even a small amount of scrub finds its way into my mouth. It doesn't help chapped lips at all, and you end up wiping it off anyway because it's either too oily or you eat clumps of it. I really wanted to like this, but I find that brushing my lips after brushing my teeth makes it easier to remove dead skin.
