I enjoy how soft my lips feel after using this lip scrub. Also, the lip slip is extremely moisturizing!.
I'm a skeptic because, after all, doesn't everyone claim to know the cure? Sara Hap's products, on the other hand, are highly effective. I ordered three more sets for my daughters because they are so good. It's a fantastic product that delivers on its promises. Yay!.
Lip Slip is the most awful lip gloss I've ever used. It was thick, heavy, and sticky, rather than the hydrating and smooth texture that was advertised. It felt sticky and gross the first time I used it, but I persevered to see how long it would last, and it lasted 3 to 4 hours, which is almost 4 hours of having sticky, gross lips. I reasoned that perhaps I hadn't used enough the first time because I hadn't used much at all, and that if I used more, it would slip instead of stick as advertised. NOPE! It was even worse, to the point where it would literally stick to the other lip when I separated my lips, leaving strings of gloss between them! When I realized what I'd done, I tried wiping it away with my fingers. That was yet another colossal blunder; it was clinging to my fingers like crazy! My fingers were still sticky after three washes with hand soap! It took a lot of scrubbing with dawn soap to get it off my fingers. On the plus side, I suppose this demonstrates how long it will last if you like sticky lip gloss! br>br>As for the lip scrub, mine came in two pieces. Is it possible that it melted in transit? On one side, there's a thin layer of off-white something, and the rest of the tub is filled with grit scrub. I only used the scrub portion the first time I tried it, and it just fell off my lips; it was difficult to rub on my lips without it falling off into the sink. So the next time I tried it, I used a little of the off white stuff along with the scrub part, and it worked much better this time; it stayed on my lips as I rubbed it around, and it came off easily, leaving my lips nice and moisturized without being oily and gross. I'm hoping it was just a one-time occurrence and that it melted, separated, and then re-formed. Although it solidified separately during shipping, I am unable to recommend it due to the condition in which it was received.
This lip scrub is a lot gentler than some others. It does not cause your lips to become raw or swollen. While removing dead skin and rough patches, the brown sugar practically melts into your lips. You'll be all set to rock the most matte lip products with a flawless finish. The lip slip gloss can be used as a topper for lip color or as a moisturizing base underneath. It's a little more nourishing than your typical gloss. Rather than just being a coating, it acts as a treatment for your lips. This set is a fantastic present. I highly recommend this product because of its adorable and feminine packaging. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. br>br> I hope the data I've provided helps you make a more informed decision.
Let's Glow Lip Scrub (Sarah Happ) Shine Kit contains the following items: Brown Sugar Lip Scrub is a product that you can use to exfoliate your lips a quart The Lip Slip One Luxe Gloss is a zero-calorie lip gloss. 5 ozbr>br>I purchased this gloss and scrub set for the winter. When the cold winds blow, having a combination scrub (to remove dead skin) and gloss (to lock in moisture and make you look cute) on hand can be beneficial. This gloss met my needs, but it didn't go above and beyond. br>br>Let me start with what I enjoyed.
- Scrub is mildly abrasive and sweet. br>- Lip gloss with a light rose scent that is simple to applybr>- This is a fantastic Christmas gift set! What I didn't do: br>br>
- Scrub must be applied with your finger (not a fan, especially in the aftermath of COVID, when all health experts advise against touching your face with your fingers)br>- The gloss is a thick, sticky substance. This was supposed to keep it from coming off on drink glasses and other surfaces, but it still did (worse than a regular gloss!). )
- For what you get, the prices are a little high. For a lot less money, you can get a scrub and a gloss separately. br>br>In short, if you're looking for a quick gift set to go with other holiday gifts, I don't think this gloss is a bad choice; however, if you're looking for a great gloss and scrub, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give this product half a star, I would give it a 3. 5 stars.
A sugar scrub and a moisturizing gloss are included in Sara Happ's "Let's Glow Lip Scrub and Shine" set. It's an absolute joy. The scrub has a delicious aroma that reminds me of sweet maple syrup or caramel. It's coarse and thick, but it exfoliates gently. My bottle came with a small amount of separated oil, but all it needs is a good stir. I love how the scrub feels on my lips when I gently massage it in a circular motion, and I prefer to remove it with a warm damp washcloth. It's a simple procedure that exfoliates my flaky, dry skin effectively. br>br>After that, I apply a clear, shimmery gloss. It's thick and takes some effort to squeeze out of the tube, but it applies evenly and smoothly. It feels sticky at first, but that doesn't bother me because it goes away quickly, leaving an even layer of product on my lips that is soothing, moisturizing, and super long-lasting. I like how long it lasts because I always have balm, lipstick, or some other type of product on my lips. The gloss has a slight sweet taste to it, but I can't place it or smell it. br>br>This Sara Happ duo moisturizes and softens my lips, making matte and other lipsticks glide on more smoothly. The only drawback for me is that EWG assigns moderate risk ratings to a few of the ingredients. The worst offender is the BHT in the gloss. Aside from that, neither has a distinct flavor, the scrub contains petrolatum, and the gloss contains mineral oil. The majority of the ingredients, on the other hand, appear to be safe or have a low risk rating. I think this Sara Happ kit would be a great gift for a teen or adult of any age for the holidays, birthdays, or any other occasion. Love it. 5 stars. br>br>Note on Nut Allergies: Because the gloss contains Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil and Sweet Almond Oil, it may cause allergic reactions in people who are allergic to nuts.
