I knew this was perfect for me since it's supposed to be painful and it's the strongest lip plumper people have found, and plumpers don't tend to work for me (probably because my lips are already pretty full) so I knew I had to try this. In addition to the gloss itself being pretty strong, I do feel like my lips actually look more full after applying it. According to my own personal perception, it wasn't painful, but I can understand how it could be uncomfortable for some people. The only time it gets into your mouth is when it makes you ill. However, the plumping agent feels odd in your mouth, so the taste is not very desirable. I would repurchase! Overall, I believe this is a good value.

Although I thought it would be of a larger size than it actually is, it is smaller than my pinky finger, but when I tried it, it really worked. First it burned like crazy, so I had to take it off, but before I put it on I wiped my lips because I had another gloss on, and I think it cut my lips. But as soon as my lips settled down I put more on, and it worked beautifully! In spite of being so small, $10 spent well was a good thing.
