It is my first "professional" microdermabrasion machine, but microdermabrasion has been around for a long time. There is going to be a lot of information in this review because I really hope others who are struggling to choose the right machine will find it helpful. It took me a long time to become an expert at supergluing and taping After I made the investment in the Microderm Glo, I had no problems using it until 2 weeks after it had been in use for a year, it just stopped working. Therefore, I am left with nothing but cheap handhelds, a Microderm Glo that is completely useless, and an expensive microderm. This unit is definitely one of my favorites! I decided to try one of the professional units and I am so pleased with it! As well as its fantastic suction, all of its heads are made of stainless steel and are fitted with rubber gaskets so there's no need for MacGyvering plastic heads that cracked. I also love how easy it is to clean the heads! Then, I use an eyebrow spooly to remove built-up skin and sebum while I am using the machine, then I clean them with my ultrasonic jewelry cleaning machine for just a few minutes between uses, so they look like new when I'm done. Everything you could possibly need or want is included in this order, and I am extremely pleased with it. The same time I bought it, I saw that there was a set of replacement heads available for only $14, so I The whole thing was unnecessary, so I'm glad that's over! You shouldn't bother with handheld devices if you are in the market for a microdermabrasion system for serious skincare. If you pay for it, you will get it! I have used another Microderm machine and had been in this field for long enough to know what the devices are different from one another. I consider this to be one of the best micro machines I have ever bought. The second one I just ordered is also on its way.

love this product I received everything shown and described with no issues. It is a must for anyone interested in brightening and tightening their skin for a great price. It pays for itself the moment you use it. As soon as I started using it, my skin had a noticeable improvement in its look and feel. Having many tips to choose from is fantastic. Small, portable, and has good suction and is quite refreshing. My only concerns about it pertain to people who do not know how to use it or do not know the proper pre and post care for diamond dermabrasion. I really love this machine.

An excellent value for the money. It is very easy to use. A simple to use system. It is a pity people are complaining about the instructions, you can find a set up video online easily. Plugging the tube into the port, attaching the wand, and attaching the tip is easy. Make adjustments to the suction settings as necessary. These are some of my Do not use microderm abrasives (diamond dust, scrubs) or heavy lotions they can clog up the hoses and tips. If you're removing a lot of dry skin, you'll have to wash the tips frequently throughout the use process. If you are wiping the tips off with anything that has lint or can stick to the abrasive parts, do not use it. It works perfectly when I use a tooth brush dipped in hot water.

The only way I had to contact them was through email, and they had trouble contacting me as well. (assume it was Amazon) Even though they couldn't directly message me, they tracked me down through Facebook and contacted me, which I consider to be going way beyond what is expected. It did not take long for them to send me a new machine. I've only used it twice, and it hasn't had any issues so far. The staff assured me they would do all they could to help me if there was any problem in the future. Thank you for using whatever means needed to correct this error of mine. I am very appreciative of the time you took to locate me. Additionally, they said that they would have their team check into the problem to ensure it does not recur. lets hope the button issue was an isolated one and I have now got a well-working machine. Also, I really like the tips on how to use it. You won't see any lines or harsh edges from them. I found it to produce a smooth exfoliation, with its suction control being just right.
