There is a gel consistency, similar to an's ' Ointment just a bit more thin on the molecule level. Pour it out so that it drips down your finger, but not so that it runs down every single finger. I would not describe it as being watery, but it is very lightweight. An oil-based cleanser that has a slight consistency difference from gel to cream.

It's been a while since I had adult acne until over the past year or two. Clinique's acne solutions moisturizer with benzoyl peroxide was a true favorite of mine I used it religiously morning and night until the manufacturer of benzoyl peroxide went out of business and they ran out. Because I couldn't find it and my supply seemed to be running out, I turned to this product. * I am a fan of Paula's work regarding ingredient reviews and she wrote "Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me," so I knew This is incorrect. The first thing that stands out is that the consistency is very watery and does not absorb quickly into the skin. Only good thing about this product is that you don't need much of it at all and it lasts a long time. In just over three months I used two tubes every Furthermore, a smell does not emanate from it. I noticed that my breakouts began to get worse when I first noticed this. After a while I just accepted what was happening and kept everything the way it was hoping for an improvement. This is not true. As long as I had acne, I had to deal with it A little while after my initial breakout, things started to get better, but it never went away completely. It should be noted that I never encountered this issue with Clinique products. With that, things only got better and never got worse. The other thing I found very annoying was that that clogged pores appeared on my forehead! I couldn't believe what happened! In my experience, it was disgusting and I never experienced anything like that. It felt like I had bumps on my face when I washed it. I've noticed a noticeable improvement in the look of my forehead and I love how it has helped keep my oily skin It is definitely on the expensive side and has a pretty strong scent (due to the ingredients, not the perfumes) but I might not switch back to the Clinique one if it becomes available again. When my 17-year-old was 13, she began to suffer from teen acne. I saw multiple dermatologists and tried a wide range of prescription-strength medications that didn't work for me. This is an effective product for anyone looking for something good for their teenage daughter or son.
The value is poor. This cheaper alternative did not perform as well as the more expensive one. The cream has a texture that is wetter and takes longer to absorb compared to the Dr. Song cream.

Since I've never reviewed anything on Amazon before, I've been busy writing this review. The product deserves such a high rating. I (a female 25) have been battling moderate but deep hormonal acne for the past two years. I seem to have appeared out of nowhere for three months Since I had not had acne for ten years, I was diligent about wearing sunscreen and taking care of my skin morning and night, yet I could not rid myself of There are a lot of things I tried peeing less, eating less dairy, wearing more sunscreen, and using acne masks. * I discovered Paula's choice BHA exfoliant that I used for two weeks, and I realized a significant improvement in my skin tone. Despite this, no improvement has been noticed with When I found this spot treatment product- no exaggeration- I was sold and didn't stop using it On the first day, I used this once in the morning and on the second day, the pain in my hormonal acne was gone, and after three days, my acne had cleared up almost completely. The first time you used it was on the fifth day (once at night), It is pretty strong, but I haven't had acne since I took it. My chin became a black spot a few months ago after deep cystic hormonal acne. I now have only scars to show for it. Since the exfoliant is important for clearing dead skin cells, I would recommend Paula's Choice BHA scrub and this product together, since the scrub just destroys most of the bacteria (for my moderate cystic acne). I found this to be effective (I am not a doctor).
I'm not happy with this.
As I don't have severe acne, just mild acne that happens every once in a while, I have never felt compelled to buy an expensive product Later on this year, I started getting breakouts on One or two pimples would break out right after they began to heal, and then another would follow. My patience was wearing thin by April, when I finally found this product online. I was amazed. My kudos go to you! The product goes in my chin when I go to bed and when I wake up every morning, and within 4 days I am feeling much better It only took 5 days for the difference to become evident! I love that my skin doesn't get dry when using it, and it dries clear when it does! My purchase of this product will continue in the future.
I no longer have the budget to purchase such an expensive proactive product. Although I always love what they do for my skin, I despise the financial burden they place on me. decided to search around Amazon for a replacement that is both good and affordable. My experience so far with this product has been great, and I like it a lot better compared to both the proactiv Step 2 and a generic - Using Walmart's version of Proactiv Step 2 feels like a spa treatment. It is so smooth that it feels like I'm in a spa every time I use it. As much as I love the way it absorbs right into my skin, I don't like the sticky residue left behind or the hard to rub in lotion, just an easy to absorb face treatment that is more like a gel and lotion mixed There is no difference in strength between this one and the regular strength Step 2 Repairing Lotion from Proactiv. As far as my skin is concerned, this one feels more calming. The fact that I immediately follow it up with a cheap Aveeno Complexion Correction cream (instead of an expensive Proactiv cream) means I cannot comment on its drying qualities. Having used aveeno now, I actually think it works better.
