Only a small pea-sized amount is required. To apply to the skin, it is shaped in a particular way. To achieve the "green mask" look, don't cover your face. You're wasting a lot of your time. This is by far the most effective exfoliating scrub I've ever used. I've looked for a pharmacy store dupe but haven't been successful. The active ingredients have a proven track record of effectiveness. I'm 27 years old, and I have a fairly common skin condition that causes flakiness around my chin and brows, which this completely eliminates, leaving my skin super soft and supple- restored! I use it in the shower twice or three times a week with a Clarisonic Mia. I have sensitive skin and it does not irritate me, but I can see how it might irritate some people because it contains powerful enzymes and salicylic acid. I rarely buy products for which I receive free samples because I have a limited budget for beauty products, but I did with this after receiving a sample at Sephora, and it is well worth the money. I needed to get the because I had run out of my large bottle. I can't live without it, so I got a 5 oz one. If you can afford it, Kate also sells a moisturizer called Deep Tissue Repair, which was the best moisturizer I've ever used, so I recommend that as well. I haven't been able to come up with a suitable replacement: (This Exfolikate is only doable for me because it's not a product you use every day, so it lasts a long time; I'll have to up my game on life to afford the skincare Kate had gotten me used to) Every time I use it, I think about the one time I went to her clinic, and it's like a vacation in my head (def go there too if you get the chance! ) You need this product if your foundation is caking in spots on your face due to light flakiness; it will allow you to use less makeup and appear more natural.
Okay. So I'm not sure how I feel about this product; I've tried it before, stopped using it, and then purchased it again. I believe it is a good product depending on your skin type, which does not necessarily mean oily, dry, or combination skin. This product appears to be quite harsh on the skin, in my opinion. If you have extremely sensitive skin, I would not recommend this product. I have oily skin for the most part, and every now and then, if I use a specific product, my skin will become dry for a few days, then return to oily ughh. So far, I've been using it for about a week. It is recommended that you use it once or twice a week. And, personally, I don't believe that using this once or twice a week makes any difference to my skin. As a result, you can use it as a 2-minute mask and then rinse it off, or simply as a scrub. I believe the price of this product is excessively high for something that will be used on a daily basis. I'm almost out of the product after a week and a half (I've been using it every day) and I don't think I've noticed much of a difference in my skin. I think buying the St. Ives apricot scrub for $5-$10 is a better deal. FOR MY SKIN, 6 works just as well (if not better) than this scrub. As I previously stated, it all depends on the skin type of the individual. I'm not sure I'd purchase it again. It's far too expensive for me, and I don't see the point.
It brightened my skin and even helped to reduce my Nasolabial folds, which I really liked. When it ran out, I went back to using my previous exfoliation product. That was a huge blunder. Huge! I didn't realize how effective this scrub/mask was at reducing crow's feet and clearing adult acne. br>br>My skin was brighter after the first use. My skin is bright, clear, and I'm seeing the blessed reduction in my Nasolabial folds, crow's feet, and even my dreaded 11's now that I'm using this mask on a regular basis again. My skin feels like it belongs to a baby! br>br> I went for the big one to make sure I wouldn't be without it.
I bought a small tube, which is fortunate because a little goes a long way. The product is extremely effective. Now, I didn't get any tingling or burning sensations like other reviewers, but I think that's because my skin is tough from so many chemical peels, etc. However, my skin looked cleaner and brighter, and more importantly, the product dissolved the majority of my black heads, which I was very happy about. I'm excited to put it to more use.
After only two uses, I'm hooked! After that small tube ran out, I upgraded to the 2oz tube, which I use every third day because I have dry skin with few breakouts. If you're looking for a new anti-aging product, this is it. Exfolikate is something I strongly recommend. It's absolutely wonderful!!.

I'm glad it's available on Amazon. br>At the age of 50, I began to develop acne, some of which is cystic and painful. Now that I am 55 years old, I can't moisturize because I'll break out when I should! I haven't had clear skin in quite some time. It's a drag, but Kate's products are making a difference.

This exfoliant, on the other hand, is unremarkable, and it is certainly pricey, despite the fact that you only need a small amount every few days. It does what it says, but it's not as good as other exfoliants I've tried. I also noticed that the exterior packaging was different from what I'd seen in department stores recently. I don't believe it's expired, but you can check the tiny code on the outside end of the product box online to see if it's from the previous year, so it's not the "freshest" batch available. You are better off buying the freshest product for the same price as you would in Neiman's or other department stores; you may save a trip to the store, but you will not get the newest shelf life.
Only three times did I use this product, and only once or twice a week as directed. I was completely broken out by the third time. There are little bumps all over the place. I don't have sensitive skin, so I was able to leave it on for the recommended 1 to 2 minutes. It did burn, but it wasn't a bad burn. I'm not sure if it's just bringing all of the impurities to the surface, but it certainly did with me and caused me to break out. However, I am a huge fan of Kate's other products. This one didn't work for me, and a week later, I'm still dealing with the bumps it left behind.
