I would not recommend buying it. used them once a week and liked the way they worked, I just wish I could use them more for half the price. I read a review saying that you could cut them in half, however, I use the whole thing and cutting it in half just doesn't seem logical. It works great, but I am not a skin expert and don't know a lot about ingredients. I was able to find another product for a fraction of the cost and I think it is better. My usual practice is to cut them in half before I go to bed every night. My experience with them has been absolutely amazing. I've been using them for at least 2 weeks now. As for before and after pictures, I wish I had them because I think the results are amazing and my skin just feels and looks amazing.
